Die Wohnung ist auf einer Landzunge gelegen, auf der aktuell viele Wohnanlagen gebaut werden. Man ist etwas abseits des Stadttrubels. Es gibt noch keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Mit Leihrädern kommt man aber schnell Richtung Stadtkern. Besonderes Highlight ist in direkter Nähe der Jubiläumspark mit Schwimmbad und Sauna. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind bequem, wenn auch direkt unter der Decke, so dass man den Kopf einziehen muss. Die Fenster sind sehr groß, so dass die Wohnung hell ist. Da es ein Wohnkomplex ist, laufen die Nachbarn direkt an den Fenstern vorbei. Für Privatsphäre haben wir immer die Vorhänge geschlossen gehalten.

The value was great for the price. Public transportation to the city center was easy and reliable.

Die Wohnung ist in einem Ferienwohungskomplex. Es handelt sich in keinem Fall um die private Wohnung von Elias. Es gab an der Schlüsselbox ca. 100 andere Schlüssel für andere Wohnungen im komplex. Die Fotos entsprachen zwar vom Inhalt der Wohnung waren aber aus einer anderen gleich eingerichteten Wohnung. Bei Problemen mit der Klimaanlage wurde uns schnell geholfen.Wir würden dieses Apartment wieder buchen aber man sollte sich im Klaren sein, dass dies eine kommerzielle Vermietung ist.

The place itself is fine: well-situated, clean, functional. The host, on the other hand, is kind of strange: excessive, controlling, near-paranoid communications. It begins even before you rent the place, with very specific requirements about photo and government-issued ID. Then long emails before you arrive with overbearing instructions that he wants you to acknowledge. Finally, you have to leave the garbage, sheets, etc. just exactly how he specifies, otherwise a threat to charge you money. None of this ruined our stay, and what's more, the one actual communication that I had with Frederik, about the WiFi password, was perfectly fine. But the other messages were kind of creepy, and might put some people off. But as I said, the place itself is fine.

Elias war ein super Gastgeber. Sehr hilfreich waren seine detaillierten Angaben, wie man zur Wohnung kommt, und was es in der Umgebung gibt.Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Umgebung, aber Nähe an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Somit ist man schnell im Zentrum von Stockholm.

Asunto vastasi kuvausta, sisäänkirjautumisohjeet olivat selkeät ja asunto oli puhdas. Nukuimme mukavasti ja asunnossa oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Kun petasin vuodesohvaa, se aukesi suurella voimalla ja melkein satutin itseni. Ehdin onneksi väistää nopeasti. Mitään ei siis sattunut, mutta tämä ystävällisenä varoituksena muille. Hinta-laatusuhde oli tässä hyvin kohdillaan ja Lidingö on kaunista aluetta. Iso kiitos majoituksesta Olof, tulemme varmasti toistekin.

Eine sehr empfehlenswerter Vermieter, der freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Saubere und zentral gelegene kleine Wohnung mit wunderbarem Anschluss an das ÖV-Netz.

Boendet var mycket bra och jag trivdes under min vistelse. Det var ett fint rum och såg ut som på bilderna. Vissa av grejerna i köket var lite smutsiga men annars var allt toppen tycker jag. Jag kan varmt rekommendera boendet.

I stayed at the studio for 3 nights. It was clean and comfortable. In the living room/kitchen the bed folds away into a couch both of which are comfortable. The kitchen is quite optimal in size and organisation for the room. Bathroom is rather big and even more comfortable than the room.Only 2 minuses (definitely no dealbreakers):- found 2 dead spiders on my made-up bed.- check out at 10, cleaning staff already entered the room (without knocking) 15 minuten before that time. Just as I was in the bathroom. That might be improved.

Great small place where I stayed for short summer visit! Could have wished for a kitchen table and microwave but otherwise it was perfect

We really liked the apartment, due to the top location we had many opportunities to do something.The apartment was clean and very quiet, which was really pleasant.I would only prefer a few more accessories for cooking, but expect of that a great apartment for a stay in Stockholm.

Väldigt fin lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt över Åre.

Clean and convenient. Exactly as described. Safe and good value for money. Location a bit further out, more convenient if you are driving during your stay in Stockholm, although not too far from train station, but also not very close.

Wir haben zwei Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.
