The flat is beautifully furnished and the size is perfect for two people. The area is also great with a few good and trendy restaurants/bars at a walking distance. In terms of communication, everything went well, all instructions were clear and provided timely. I recommend this place.

房间很温馨，适合出差租住，有洗衣机能做饭，很方便解决生活问题，离超市不算很远。就是有一个小建议，可能对于出差的人，想要一个更好的入睡环境，建议窗帘能更遮光或者把走廊的灯亮度在晚上可以调暗一点，这样更能入睡

Well decorated and spacious apartment. The balcony is excellent. Perfect when the sun was out. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Perfect for a city break in Stockholm!

A house with garden on Stora Essingen, just 25 minutes on bus from Stockholm Central! Fredrik's house is fairly big, clean and airy! We had a great weekend there. I am surely booking Fredrik's house for all of my future Stockholm tips.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen kurzen Städtetrip zu zweit! Ruhige Lage, aber in einem belebten Viertel. Die Kommunikation mit Elias lief auch super.

All in all a nice little apartment for little money. You know that the sheets and towels are fresh as you will put them on by yourself.Overall very clean nice and basic.Would stay there again

Our stay at the loft apartment was overall very nice, except we did have trouble with the climate control. We never imagined to have to use the AC in Gothenburg, and the weather during our stay would never have warranted it under most circumstances, but we guess that due to the sun exposure, nordic building style to retain heat and the siting of our room at the fourth floor, the unit would get rather hot--too warm to comfortably sleep and we are from Florida and sleep at 25C! We could never get the AC units to cool at all, in fact, even set to their lowest setting, were only circulating the air. The windows could only be tilted open (not full swing), so in an effort to cool the place down from 28C down to the low 20s, we propped the door open each evening as late as possible, however, three or four hours later my wife and I would wake up sweating. Guests would be a lot happier if they simply had salt, pepper and some olive oil for cooking.

Ett mycket bra boende för ett par dagar i Göteborg. Bra tillgång till lokaltrafik och smidig in- och utcheckning. Professionell service även av uthyraren.

clean, good quality kitchen, clean and quality bathroom an ammenities (though the shower cabin is small). Shower cabin is not very tight so water can inundate the floor. There small terace good for sun bathing and drying your laundry. Bed only fit for one person, another one or two, you need to unfold rubber mat from sofa bin and spread bed sheet your own every night. But overall it was a good stay experience and I recommend Fredrik apt for solo traveller.

Lovely compact flat overlooking the water. Local outdoor pool nearby. Building work on the complex still ongoing but not noisy or disruptive. 15 min walk into city centre or 5 min walk to bus stop or 10 min walk to tram.

Elia's house has been perfect for our stay in Gothenburg.The surrounding is definitely one of the newest area of the city and is extremely cozy and peaceful.Tram to the center is 10 minutes walking and you can get easily to the center of the city, but we enjoyed once walking through the bridge.Check-in is very easy with Elia's infos and the house is very new and pristine.

Perfekt läge för boende nära aktiviteter i Åre.

Ett trevlig och fint boende med härlig utsikt. Det är lite byggarbetsplats i omgivningen men stördes aldrig av det. Jubileumsparken som ligger i anslutning var ett trevligt inslag. Nära till centrum, vi promenerade, det går också att hyra cykel i området via Styr & Ställ eller att åka buss. Elias informerade tydligt dock hade vi problem att hitta nyckeln, löstes med hjälp av trevliga grannar. Elias var snabb på att svara vid frågor.
