Super! Appartement fonctionnel, parfait pour notre petit séjour en Suède!

This place is incredible. The building in and of itself and the common areas are stunning. The apartment is as shown, but better in person. Elias is very responsive and detailed with instructions A couple notes: you won't be able to have a taxi drop you off at the place as that part of the street isn't for cars. You will need to bring your luggage up about a city block of a cobblestoned hill. The apartment is on the fourth and top floor. It was a workout but well worth it. The location cannot be beat. The ad says Sôdermalm but it's really in beautiful Gamla Stan (old town). You can hop islands by bridge or ferry easily from this location. Everywhere you want to go is in walking distance or a ferry/subway stop. Right down the street is a smaller Coop grocery store. The bed is very comfortable, as is the couch. The shower is really nice, though the hot water may not be enough for two back to back showers. it wasn't cold just warm. But def not an issue. The kitchen is fully stocked.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Siedlung befindet sich allerdings aktuell noch im Aufbau und ist von vielen Baustellen umgeben. Der Baulärm hält sich aber in Grenzen. Die Kommunikation mit Elias war unkompliziert und freundlich, allerdings auch etwas unpersönlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war zufriedenstellend (alles neu aber z.B. nur 4 Gabeln, Messer etc. obwohl Wohnung für 5 Leute ausgeschrieben ist). Alles in allem kann ich aber die Unterkunft empfehlen, wegen des guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses, des tollen Ausblicks auf den Hafen und der schönen Lage und Unterkunft.

Great place to stay in Stockholm. Surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, and close enough to but also far away from the touristy stuff. You can get everywhere easily while staying in a quiet, authentic place. Great apartment, very spacious and nicely designed. Beds are comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was small but cosy & had everything one needs for a short stay in Stockholm. The location is excellent, very close to metro stations and with 30 minutes still in a reasonable walking distance from the city centre. Highly recommend it for a weekend / short trip to Stockholm!

Toppen att bara kunna ta hissen upp och vara i pisten. Hade allt man behöver i ett sådant typ av boende. Smidigt att ta sig till byn och upp i pisterna.

The flat was nicely decorated and very clean. We were two people so the sofa bed was very useful. It was located close to public transport (~10 mins). It also has a very nice view of the water!

Great place to stay for couple.

För det lilla vi betalade för en natt i Åre så kan vi inte klaga. Vi va 4 tjejer och alla fick bra plats med att sova osv.Jag hade däremot inte bott där en längre tid då det va lite dåligt med köksredskap och rätt litet för 4 personer. Men hade vi varit 2 så hade de funkat bättre :)Väldigt bra läge när man åker skidor. Det va en rejäl uppförsbacke från byn men det är ju bergigt i Åre så det får man räkna med 😊Bra kommunikation med Pontus genom hela vistelsen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Fint boende!

Bra prisvärt litet boende som ligger perfekt med närhet till Tott-liften (gångbro från fjärde våningen). Rekommenderar att man bokar parkering i garaget då det är svårt med parkering utanför.Passade bra för två personer.Enda vi saknade var brödrost och en mikrovågsugn.

Jag åkte till Åre 3 nätter och bodde i denna fina lägenhet som var perfekt för 1 person. Det finns inga matlagningsmöjligheter i köket men ett kylskåp och micro som gör att man kan äta frukost där. Lägenheten är fin och var välstädad. Bra kuddar och lakan. Tyst område. Dock branta backa upp och ner till Åre TOrg men man kan med fördel åka med Åre Bergbana som underlättar transport till och från hotellet.

Klockrent för den som vill ha ett schysst ski-in, ski-out-läge. WiFi-täckningen var lite halvdan från tid till tid men fungerade bra trots allt.Nämnvärt är att koordinaterna till Shareboxen i SMSet är helt fel, följ bara värdens instruktioner.

Vår vistelse var mycket bra hos Pontus. Rent och fräscht och nära till Åre torg. Även nära till backarna. Beskrivningen på lägenheten matchade förväntningarna och vi trivdes bra.

It was good, but to get the airbnb it was a hassle. Pontis asked us for our IG account and I found that weird.

Olof was an amazing host and very understanding when I made a timing error. His place was in great condition and the neighbourhood was a wonderful place to spend the week. Highly recommended!

Elias was an incredible host to work with. Extremely communicative and responsive when I reached out. This is the perfect flat in Sodermalm to use as a home base to really explore all that the city has to offer. It’s just a 7 minute walk to the metro which makes it easy to get just about anywhere without the need for a car. It is on a relatively quiet street and the apartment faces in to a courtyard for less noise. There was minor renovations taking place in the unit next door which could be heard during the day, but it did not take place during sleeping hours. Overall, this location and apartment are perfect for those who want to explore all that Stockholm has to offer!
