Das Apartment ist mit einer 1-Mann Küche und kombiniertem Klo,Dusche, Bad relativ klein. Es hat aber alles was man für einen Städte Aufenthalt braucht. Das Apartment und die Vermietung entspricht mehr eines Hotels als einer privaten Unterkunft. Als einziger negativ Punkt, könnte man die dünnen Wände und dadurch den Lärm im Haus anmerken. Die Lage war top, alles war sauber und wir würden auch nochmal dort hingehen.

Well priced apartment in a good location in Soderman. Only a ~5minute walk from supermarkets and metro station, with a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby.Apartment was quiet at night, but the blinds didn't quite fit correctly so a bit bright in the mornings - would recommend an eye mask. Good selection of tea, coffee and cooking implements, as well as fridge/freezer for food storage.We were a group of 4 friends and had read previous reviews noting incorrect bed set up, and would recommend communicating your expectations very clearly in advance as the sofa wasn't set up for us as we expected.

Great location, fun older building. Note the kitchen and bathroom are both very small, so it's probably best for a shorter stay. Also there is NO WIFI. The listing clearly says this so it's my fault for not realizing when I booked. I work remotely so not having WIFI was inconvenient, but again completely my fault. Keep this in mind when you book. Other than that, comfy bed and great sushi restaurant around the corner!

Nice place.

Clean, very central apartment in the heart of Stockholm with two double bedrooms. It had everything we needed for a family of four. One of the double bed is a small one. Luckily, our kids (13 and 10 years) managed to sleep together but it was a bit of a squeeze. I think the living room sofa can be converted to a bed. Elias warned us about being quiet because of the neighbours but on Saturday night it was one of the neighbours who partied all night. But apart from that it was a quiet apartment over looking the inner courtyard. The other thing is that you have! to have a smart phone for opening and closing the apartment. It functions well as long as long as it is charged. We were a little concerned about not able to get back into the apartment because our phones won’t function anymore. So make sure you leave the apartment with a charged phone. Another tip: calculate extra time before check out for stripping the beds and bagging up the rubbish.

Bra läge, stämde bra överens med beskrivningen. Begränsat med köksutrustning.

Supermysigt lägenhet med bra läge till både backar och byn. Återkommer gärna!

Great location in a hip neighborhood; spacious flat with many comforts. Convenient to T-bana and just three stops from the main train station.

Koselig leilighet med god beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum og skianlegg.

Efter att ha läst recensionerna av blandat slag hade vi låga förväntningar, boendet överträffade dom med råge och vi skulle verkligen rekommendera en vistelse här!Vi var två personer, skulle funka med fyra men kan då bli lite trångt, kanonläge i förhållande till liften, bergbanan nåddes efter kort promenad! Kimmo som värd fungerade strålande med tydlig kommunikation gällande både in och utcheckning! Vi bokar gärna igen!

Fin och fräsch lägenhet, bra med gratis parkering precis utanför. Snabbt och enkelt att ha att göra med värden. Lägenheten var lite kall dock (april).

Good apartment for three people (would be very small for more than 4). Good ski in/ski out location. Good for a long weekend. Really good communication with Johannes ahead of our visit. The check in and check out process was quick and easy.Slight negatives - There was no blind or curtain in the bedroom. The communal areas are still being refurbished so was not the most welcoming. Parking was very limited near the apartment so parked in town. Steep hill down to town which was very icy and not gritted - walking crampons were helpful.

Really beautiful place to stay in, comfortable and clean. The location is excellent and the apartment is well equipped. any issues were resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. The owner of this apartment is lovely. Only thing to consider is the neighbours are noise sensitive

Hade en fin helg i lägenheten där allt du kan tänkas behöva finns. Lite litet kök för att kunna laga mat men funkade perfekt för frukost och närheten till torget och bergbanan gjorde läget bra!

Rent och bra läge, kommer gärna tillbaka!
