Wir sind zu viert für fünf Tage nach Stockholm. Es ist eine tolle Stadt und der Weg vom Appartment in die Stadt ist gut machbar. Die Wohnung war schön, die Küche zwar sehr eng aber kochen ging trotzdem sehr gut.Der Preis war gut für die Lage.

Prima appartement voor verblijf met 2 personen. tram en bushalte vlakbij. centrum van Stockholm is 30 min ver, maar goede verbindingen.

Perfect place for a short visit to Stockholm. The appartement is very clean and nicely designed. Location is pretty accessible by bus and metro, after a long night out we were always able to get home in time by late public transport shifts. Since there’s no physical key, I’d advise sharing the entrance code of the appartement with your companions since memorizing the code after some drinks in the city and an empty phone can be pretty challenging. All in all, we have very much enjoyed our stay!

It‘s a very nice small and clean apartment. Everything’s works perfect, the communication with Olof as the technical things in the apartment. The place is very easy to reach by train and bus in around 20-30 minutes from the central city. We can commend to book this apartment and would do it again.😀

Top location

The apartment is clean, small and cozy in a typical apartment building. The bathroom is small with a good working shower. There are shops close by, which are open late in case you need something.Public transport is nearby but we often walked downtown. The contact with Elias was very easy.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in Fredriks Appartement, welches wunderbar zentral in der schönen Altstadt von Stockholm gelegen ist. Es war sauber und gemütlich- gerne kommen wir wieder 🙂

Large, comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and public transit nearby. The apartment is up two flights of stairs and there is a small elevator. As others mentioned, the shower head was a bit tricky to maneuver and not flood the bathroom. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!

Bra läge i anslutning till tunnelbanan och en fantastisk utsikt över vattnet samt härligt ljusinsläpp. Rent och prydligt med nya Ikea-möbler och ett bra kök.

I enjoyed my stay at Elias's place, in my opinion, it is perfect for a solo traveler or as a couple's getaway. The apartment has a unique style (the circular staircase inside, leading to the kitchen area and the bedroom, the windows, the wood + tile flooring) and is cozily designed, with a good kitchen, nice big TV, comfy bed. Anyone looking for something not hotel-standard design wise, will appreciate the place. Yet you have everything one might need and all the comforts of a modern place. The locations is good too - 8 minutes walking to the subway station just 5 minutes away from the Central station and 2-3 minutes to the nearest bus stop, also taking you in 5 min either to another subway stop or to other locations, very convenient and fast. The area itself is nice and worth staying there. Nearest grocery store about 2-3 min walk, places to eat and dring plentifully around. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, instructions clear. I totally enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

The apartment is convenient, very well isolated and was very clean. Perfect for 4 people wanting to visit Stockholm, it’s just 30 minutes away from the center and easily accessible by public transport.
