A great apartment in a fair distance from T-Centralen in a new building. It has everything you might need for a living, furniture of nice quality and overall fantastic place to stay in Stockholm

The place is quite small, so mind that, but for that it has everything you need to live there, really everything. It’s located perfectly, near the metro station and at the same time in a walkable distance from the city centre . The neighbourhood is peaceful and quite and Andreas is a great host, very responsive. Definitely recommend it especially for a short trip

Very nice and cozy appartment - perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The apartment was very nice, in a great location. Although the flat is really very small it was just suitable for a short stay for two people.All instructions regarding checking in and out were clear.I would gladly recommend this accommodation for a short private stay in the Stockholm city centre.

Location location! What a great place to stay in Gamla Stan- quaint and cute and close to everything! We felt very safe and were happy the beds were very comfortable as we walked 7-10 miles every day! It was nice having 2 bathrooms. We loved the Nespresso machine for lattes in the morning, unfortunately we did not stay in to cook as there were too many great restaurants to visit- recommendations- Portofino's, Asian Post Office, Vau De Ville!Noisy neighbors did not follow quiet hours and 4 different codes to get into apartment were a little annoying but not enough to keep us from having an amazing visit! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Jättefin lägenhet med fin utsikt och perfekt läge både till skidåkning och till Åre torg. Ok utrustat kök, saknade egentligen bara ett diskställ. Ett perfekt boende och jag återkommer absolut!

Everything was good and exceed our expectations.The only thing that could have been better was if the apartment had a toaster.

Super séjour dans l' appartement d'Elias. Très très bien situé, en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Accessible à tout. L'appartement est dans une rue piétonne, qui distribue pleins de restaurants et boutiques.L'appartement est très calme, correspond parfaitement à la description. On ne manque de rien et il est très bien agencé.Enfin Elias est un hôte irréprochable, très prévenant et réactif.

Kimmos lägenhet är toppen! Vi kunde ta hissen upp till våning 3 och gå 50 meter så kom vi till liften. Utsikten är jättefin från rummet och det är fräscht och rent. Det ser mindre ut än på bilderna men det gjorde oss ingenting. Vi förstod dock inte att lägenheten låg i ett hotell, men det gjorde heller inget. Vi var 6 personer som bodde där. bäddsoffan är lite smal för 2 personer, skulle gissa på 140 cm bred. Men det funkar såklart jättebra. Finns ingen ugn heller bara så man vet det. Man kunde ha sina skidor ute i korridoren vilket var jätte smidigt! Super enkelt att checka in och checka ut, Kimmo svarade jätte snabbt och som sagt, läget är otroligt för det priset man betalar. Jag rekommenderar verkligen!!
