Unser Aufenthalt bei Elias Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten 2 kinder dabei (2,5 ubd 6,5) und trotzdem war es trotz buggy in der Wohnung auszuhalten. Im Sommer natürlich noch besser da die ganzen dicken Winter Sachen weg fallen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ein Traum. Zur nächsten U-Bahn waren es ca 10 Minuten (mit kinder wohlgemerkt). Es war win Lebensmittel Geschäft, Restaurants und Imbisse in der Umgebung. Toller Ausgangspunkt für lange Spaziergänge. In xa 20 Minuten war ein großer Supermarkt mit espresso house, asia Restaurant usw zu erreichen.Toll war auch das ein aufzug im. Haus war. Alles in einem würden wir jederzeit wieder nach kungsholmen / kristineberg und Elias kommen

The instructions that Olof gave me were clear and helpful, the house was delightful and spacious. I had a great time definitely coming back

Het verblijf in Lidingö was perfect! Het appartement was heel rustig, kraaknet en vanuit Lidingö kan je met de metro de hele stad verkennen. Het appartement was ruim genoeg voor vier personen. We apprecieerden zeker ook de communicatie. Alle info was heel gestructureerd en overzichtelijk. We kregen die een dag voordien toegestuurd en hoefden onze host zo niet meer te storen. De vakantie kon echt beginnen. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug met ons vieren om Stockholm verder te ontdekken.

Perfekt boende om man vill bo nära backen och kanske inte ska spendera så mycket tid hemma. Fräscht badrum med värmegolv och handukstork vilket uppskattas på skidsemester.

Good place, sauna a bit smaller than expected and a bit short on kitchen appliances. Otherwise great place for skiing, especially if you like Sadeln

Appartamento ottimo nella sua posizione, vicino a tutti i servizi della città, ma anche per muversi a piedi( si raggiuge il centro città in 30 min di camminata). Dentro l'appartamento si trova tutto il necessario, per cucinare e tutti gli ascugamani di cui una a bisogno, compreso un piccolo phone. L'appartamento era pulito, i letti comodi, vicinato molto tranquillo. Per il resto è stata una esperienza molto positiva, lo consiglio anche per il prezzo considerando la posizione. Appartameto vivibile tranquillamente in 4 persone, nonostante le sue piccole dimensioni.( noi eravano 4 amici). Il check-in e check-out è stato molto veloce e semplice.

We had a lovely stay in Olof’s place. Newly furnished and very clean, it looks exactly like the photos in the listing. It was very easy to bring down or keep the bed and the mattress was as comfortable as any normal bed. The 2-in-1 washer and dryer was a huge plus especially for doing laundry in winter!For travellers looking to stay for a longer period, the kitchen is really well equipped (but we didn’t cook during our time there so not too sure how sensitive the smoke detector is). For business travellers, the wifi is really fast and consistent too. The area surrounding the place was very peaceful and felt very safe. The train station and shops are also just a short walk away, really accessible. Olof was very helpful and gave clear detailed instructions for check in and out. He also responded really quickly to our queries. Overall, would really recommend his place to others!

The apartment is well located in the Old Town with lots of restaurants and shops near by. You do need to go up three flights of stairs to get to the apartment and the hallway is under construction. Being up higher adds to the view that you have but the hallway does spoil it. The area in which the apartment is located is quite noisy. They are currently renovating right outside so unfortunately you dont have a great view at the moment but the rest of the square is very nice.Although the bedroom is nice and large and well heated the apartment needs maintenance. The furniture is quite well worn and need attention. The crockery is sufficient for 2 people but the mugs are very chipped and broken. The warm water is lukewarm and doesn’t last long so one needs to take a quick shower. It does have all the amenities but a washing machine and oven would be a nice touch - especially for longer stayers. The fireplace is just decorative. The wifi is good and we didn’t have issues.

Great location.. everything was nearby and Fredrik was very responsive and helpful. Loved our stay!

We had a superb stay. Very clean and cozy modern apartment. Fully recommendable!

The flat was great for a short stay. The kitchen is pretty small and lack some amenities a family might be used to such as microwave or big coffee filter. The second bedroom is very minimal, but it does the job for one person. Great surroundings and easy instructions to get in.

Nice apartment and the lift is just across the street!

Had a fantastic stay at Elias’ place. Everything I could have asked for. Great location. Tidy and modern place in central Stockholm. Definitely will be back.

Хорошие апартаменты со всем необходимым Стиральная/сушильная машина подтекала, но не доставляла неудобств. Есть гладильная доска и утюг. Чисто и достаточное количество экстра постельного белья и полотенец. Было прохладно, хоть и все Настройки ставили на максимум, но просто наденьте пижамки😅 Оборудованная кухня со всем необходимым, холодильник, морозильная камера, тостером, кофемашиной и посудой. Инфраструктура не сильно развита, но все же есть поблизости супермаркеты и кафе
