He was very friendly and all the instructions were clear and easy to understand. The place is just as it looks like in the photos. The place was peaceful and there were restaurants and supermarkets near by. There was bus stop in front of the apartment and the metro station was 10min walking. The apartment was clean and spacious. The only thing we were missing was a microwave but we made do with the oven.

Idéalement situé dans un des plus beaux quartiers de la ville, il permet de combiner visite nocturne et diurnes à merveille ! Tout se fait à pied, lieu calme et propice au sommeil réparateur ! C’est un emplacement tout simplement parfait, géré par un hôte attentionné et très réactif qui se sent préoccupé par le bien être des personnes qu’il reçoit ! Merciiiiii infiniment pour nous avoir permis de découvrir Stockholm dans ces conditions parfaites ! Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter !

Apartment with everything we needed for a week long stay with two children. Amazing location! We had a great time!

Elias' place is a modern and clean flat in the middle of beautiful Södermalm. As can be seen on the pictures, the AirBnB is not particularly huge, but it offers all you need on a city trip. Check-in and communication with Elias were easy and fast. The flat's main advantage, though, is its location. For one, it is situated in walking distance of the many bars and restaurants of Södermalm and SoFo. At the same time, it is perfectly connected both to the metro and the ferry networks of Stockholm. Recommended!

L'appartement est très fonctionnel. Le lit est très confortable . Attention: C'est un lit armoire, ce qui suppose un peu d'effort pour le faire basculer.Pour se déplacer en transport en commun, un arrêt de bus est à 400m. Compter 30 à 40mn pour atteindre le centre ville. Un supermarché coop est à 800m à pied.

Stort plus för gratis parkering vilket underlättade vistelsen för oss, ljus, stor lägenhet med det nödvändigaste. Bra sängar och rent. Vi tyckte även om möjligheten att ta pendelbåt till centrum vilket var väldigt mysigt. Bekvämt med städning vilket vi i tidigare boenden alltid skött själva. Det man kan vara uppmärksam på är att det för närvarande inte finns en fungerande Micro i lägenheten (hade varit smifigt med barn), det var väldigt varmt i lägenheten under de varma dagarna vi var på plats, närmare 30 grader, planera måltider på plats som inte genererar mycket disk då det svårt att diska i en liten ho, kaffekokare saknas (fanns som tur var en press) och en tv hade varit trevligt för familj på resande fot med trötta barn på kvällen. (fanns skärm som kanske kommer installeras?)

Clean & comfortable apt. Very spacious for a couple and two teens. Excellently located. Supermarket - 2mins. Metro - 4mins. Recommended.Note for non-EU visitors especially: Be sure have a Mobile SIM with an active data plan when arriving at the apt, as owner uses the Parakey App (rather than a physical key). It's great, but you must have the app installed and have an active data plan to open the building door and open the apt door.

Really nice old-style (but comfortable) apartment in a beautiful part of Stockholm, high ceilings, wide avenues, very clean and nice wooden floor, had a really nice stay here and would book again

Appartement très bien situé, proche du métro et du bus. Pour l’arrivée il serait bien de préciser le numéro de l’appartement.L’appartement est bien. Pour les séjours de plus de 5 jours, il serait bien de laisser un balai ou de préciser s’il est possible de faire passer le service de ménage, pour aussi avoir de nouvelles serviettes propres au cours du séjour ou changer les draps.Il serait également bien d’avoir une bouilloire (pour le café ou thé) et des petites choses comme du sel / poivre.Nous avons passé un bon séjour, l’immeuble et le quartier sont calmes. Merci !

We had a great stay, really nice place in perfect location for exploring the city.

Kleine, sehr neu eingerichtete Wohnung in modernem Gebäude. Durch das ausklappbare Bett wird der Platz optimal genutzt. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, das Zentrum ist mit Bus und U-Bahn gut zu erreichten.

Olof war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und super freundlich. Die Unterkunft war schön, allerdings sehr warm und mit offenem Fenster schlafen war aufgrund der Erdgeschosslage und der lauten Hauptstraße nicht möglich. Alles in allem aber für das Geld eine gute und saubere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

The apartment was clean and as described. The area of Lidingö is beautiful and, although being a bit out of the centre of Stockholm, was a great place to relax and unwind.

The location of this apartment is perfect-close to great restaurants and cafes and easy access to the metro. A really spacious apartment, great for a family. Thank you for helping us fall in love with Sweden

Apartment was clean and had basic amenities. The neighborhood is fun but very loud. Lots of street noise. As mentioned, the bathroom has no ventilation so it gets musky and the apartment was very warm in August. The only option for cool air was to open the windows, but then you get the noise from the street, making it hard to sleep. The space is best suited for adults. It was quite cramped for 3 adults and 2 kids and it’s not child friendly due to the open windows. Communication with the host was prompt but there is no introductory information about the apartment or neighborhood other than standard check-in procedures and rules. This is a good option for 1 or 2 people in need of a very basic place to drop their stuff and explore Stockholm.
