First, I recommend this apartment and would stay here again. Its away from the tourist area of Gamla Stam, but also quickly and easily accessable via subway. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and also a great pub, Soders Hjarta, just down the street. Elias communicates well. It is a small apartment, but if you're a traveler, its works. The bathroom is extremely small. Its about 12-15 sf with toilet, sink, medicine cabinet and shower. I was able to shower comfortably. Just make sure to put the toilet paper in the other room:)

Die Wohnung von Andreas ist etwa 15 Minuten Laufweg von Stockholms konstnärliga högskola (Der Kunsthochschule) gelegen. Zur nächsten U-Bahn Station sind wir etwa 6 Minuten gelaufen.Das Bad ist etwas klein, aber für die täglichen Bedürfnisse trotzdem ausreichend.Da die Türen mit Zahlencode geöffnet werden, ergibt sich auch bei größeren Gruppen kein Schlüssel-Problem.

We hadden een heel fijne tijd op de AirBnB van Elias.De AirBnB is klein en compact, maar heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.De enige opmerking die we zouden kunnen maken is dat je zeker een slaapmasker moet meenemen aangezien het zeer snel licht wordt in mei in Stockholm en de ramen niet verduisterd zijn.De AirBnB ligt vlakbij een park, maar om echt in de toffe, hippe buurten te geraken zal je de metro moeten nemen of kan je er een goede wandeling van maken. Verder was de communicatie met Elias ook heel aangenaam en snel.Toen we een probleem hadden met de Wifi is hij dit persoonlijk komen oplossen.Je kan Elias zeer goed bereiken. We raden deze Airbnb aan. Dankjewel Elias voor dit fijne verblijf.

The modern aparatment, nicley furnished. Self check in and check out. Clean and comfortable. It was a little bit hot even though we kept window open. besides that the rest was really good.

Lovely, cozy and perfectly clean apartment in perfect quiet part of Stockholm, but still close to public transportation. Frederik's place has everything we needed for us and our toddler. Really appreciate instruction before and during our stay, help and recommendation for app for travelling. I would definitely recommend Frederik's place. For us the only issue was the sofa, it is not good for 2 people to sleep on it.

Everything was as described; the apartment is very modern and very neat. I traveled on my own so the space was perfect for me but I suspect two people may find it a bit too snug. I spent the first day getting to and fro T central using taxis but I needn’t have; the public transport services are not far from the apartment and Buses/trains are very frequent.The neighbourhood is quiet and seems pretty safe (I got back quite late on some nights) I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and definitely see myself returning!

We really enjoyed our stay in Elias's place! SoFo is a great neighborhood to visit Stockholm. The apartment has everything you need, it is near to tunnelbana, bus and supermarkets (less than 2 min walk). Easy check in/check out and quickly communication. Everything was perfect. We highly recommend this place!

I had a great stay in the apartment, very comfortable and Olof was very quick to answer my questions

New and modern apartment in a private and safe residential neighbourhood that offers a quiet living experience that's close to beautiful nature reserves, parks and the sea, only 20 min away by public transport from the hustle and bustle of central Stockholm. Olof's apartment is in a modern residence that also hosts other guests but everything within the apartment is top-notch; the fold-up bed is very comfortable to sleep in, the kitchen's well-equipped with both cooking tools and basic ingredients, the heating's perfect and the washing machine's a nice bonus to travellers. Everything in the apartment makes you feel like you're living in a well-run service apartment for a bargain price. My friend and I really enjoyed our week-long stay here and would definitely come back again when visiting Stockholm in the future!

Clean 4th floor apartment in a quiet, newer building with an elevator. The bathroom and kitchen are small. The bedroom is in the open loft. Easy code access to the building and apartment. Olof responds very quickly to any questions or problems. The washer/dryer, thermostat, cooktop, and outside door are a little confusing to operate but function fine. There’s no balcony but an exterior door opens for fresh air.There’s no dishwasher or oven in the kitchen. There’s a four burner induction cooktop with pots and pans for meal prep but without an oven to bake or broil, making a large dinner is not simple. The refrigerator is dorm room sized with a tiny freezer. There’s nothing in the way of cooking supplies but an ICA grocery store is nearby.The WiFi in the apartment isn’t great: we could only connect 2 devices at one time and it’s slow. I got 4 Mg downstream and 3 Mg upstream when I ran a speed test. However, we were able to stream video on one device. The off-street parking is outdoor next to the building with limited spaces that aren’t reserved. It’s best to park your car and leave it if possible since public transportation is a 5 minute walk; trains and busses run frequently. It takes about 30 minutes to get to old-town Stockholm (Gamla Stan).Overall, a good place to stay but you should understand the limitations with the kitchen, bathroom, and WiFi.

Super clean and tidy and the optimal location for visiting Stockholm. Right next to the subway and plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and sights on the doorstep. The host's communication was superb and fast to reply to queries. The property is smaller than expected as the pictures make it look more spacious, however, the bathroom is a good size and everything is in good condition.The neighbours are very polite and quiet, however, I did feel like there wasn't much privacy due to the apartments being connected. I would highly recommend this property and I will definitely be staying again in the future! Amazing host and beautiful property.

There is no better place than this if you make it out to Stockholm. Right in the center of old town it offers the view and all the fun accommodations and fun from grocery stores to bars to find restaurants. What’s just as great is Fredriks great communication should anything come up or just for questions in general.
