This airbnb was perfect. The apartment was just as described. Quiet, clean and very relaxing. Great walkable neighborhood with a lot of trendy coffee shops and restuarants. The only issue that arose was with the digital key. Since it is an app, you may want to double check that it is active when checking out so you are not locked out of the apartment. Elias, however, sorted this problem out and I was able to get back in time to leave for my flight. Highly recommend this place and would most definitely stay here again.

Net appartement op leuke locatie. Voldoende parkeerruimte voor de deur, makkelijk te regelen met de parkeerapp.

Very nice and spacious new apartment located right next to a very nice lake. We found it a bit far from public transportation but the walk along the water is nice.The communication with Olof went very well and we had no problems, everything was perfect!

We felt very comfortable at Elias‘ Studio and had a great stay. We can recommand a pathway near the border to the syrian Restaurant „Midan“. You sit with view to the water in direction to sunset. Around this spot are many Restaurants. To Sofo (Slussen) and the old town we used the Metro.

Fin liten lägenhet med en väldigt fin utsikt. Köket funkar till enklare middagar. Sköna sängar men några av kuddarna var riktigt dåliga. Nära ner till torget men backen upp var sådär lagom brant. Jag kan tänka mig att bo där igen nästa gång vi åker till Åre.

Superläge mitt i backen med fantastisk utsikt.

Toppenboende, precis vad vi bokade, enkel in/ut sheck. Parkering i garaget, om än dyr. 3 min cykel till liften.

Easy checkin and everything was as described in listing. Super convenient location with many cafes and restaurants walking distance. Perfect size for a couple.

The room is very good for a short stay in Stockholm

On the plus side: great location if someone comes to Stockholm by car, because there are a lot of parking spaces and they are free. We had our own bikes with us, so getting to the center 6-7 km was not a problem. Near the accommodation there is also a tram that can efficiently reach the center. Studio is clean, well thought out and comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was also great (clear rules provided in the message). Great value for money compared to other accommodation in this city.Of the minuses: Only one minor thing that could be improved. It's very hard to watch anything on the TV in the room. I've tried connecting my phone to this TV and it turns out that the network to which the TV is connected is too slow and does not buffer any video content (netflix, hbo, etc.). There is another, much faster internet network available in the room - I don't understand why the TV is not connected to it.Overall: A great place, I highly recommend it :)

The place matched the description: it was clean, well-equipped, close to shops and public transportation. We received clear guidelines for check-in and check-out, so everything went smoothly. I definitely recommend staying there!

A few really good days in Åre staying at this apartment. Fabulous views and the hot tub was a hit with the kids.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Åre. Great location, fantastic views and a pretty and functional apartment. I was there to work and it was fantastic - inspirational views and a quiet apartment (despite construction work going on in the building). Quick access to longer and shorter mountain trails, and only a short walk to city centre. For me, this was the perfect place to stay.

Clean, well equiped apartment perfect for a weeks stay in Are. Good views and an easy 5 min walk into town.

Elias place is nice, clean, comfy and cool located. We had a great time staying there .

In general, all was OK, would recommend to others and would stay again myself. Some interesting things to mention:- kettle was not available at the place;- some of the neighbors managed to get that fire alarm triggered - so it's not a joke, we got a visit from firefighters :)

Olof's tiny studio apartment works well for 1-2 people. The Murphy (pull-down) bed was very comfortable & had lots of hot water for showering. The space was very clean and functional. The mini frig in the kitchen is adequate for a couple of days of light meals. The building is new and in good working order. Parking right outside the building was ample and free. The location was easy to access on a side street right next to a main highway. We did not notice any air conditioning so if it is really hot the studio would be very uncomfortable as only the "balcony" door opens for fresh air. This was quite adequate for our stay. We recommend a stay here.
