Convenient for a short visit in Stockholm, of course its in thé bassement but everything is mention on the add. Just one thing about the Check out 10am its a bit early, push until 11.00 would be nice.

Fajna lokacja na dostępny budżet. Dojazd był jasny i łatwo było znaleźć miejsce, co było dużym plusem. Niestety, były też minusy. Najbardziej odczuwalnym problemem było ograniczenie dostępu do ciepłej wody, co było uciążliwe, szczególnie w chłodniejsze dni. W budynku bardzo zimna podłoga (!)Wieczorami było dość głośno, co przeszkadzało w odpoczynku. A także proces rezerwacji apartamentu pozostawił mieszane uczucia — za dużo pytań niepowiązanych z tematem zameldowania! Mimo to przytulne minimalistyczne miejsce. Jak na parę dni - spoko.

A clean, cozy flat with a perfect location to explore Södermalm's cafés, vintage shops, and brunch spots. The bus station to the old town is literally 30 seconds away, and it's a 15-minute walk to the metro.It's the perfect spot for a couple to explore the city. Olof was always responsive and made sure safety was a priority, especially when there were some strange people staying in the building.But we weren’t bothered by them, so it’s truly a 5-star spot. We would definitely come back.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und schlicht eingerichtet. Man konnte sehr einfach in die Altstadt gelangen.

Great Stay!

The place was huge for a solo traveler like me. It was clean and has appliances, utensils, a sofa, bed, and even provides basic toilteries. I just wish early check in is available because the check out time 10 am is too early for the check in time of 4 pm. I hope the host can be considerate of this.

Elias è un host molto attento e disponibile. Il suo appartamento è in una bellissima posizione nel quartiere Gamla Stan. Molto accogliente e confortevole, con una sorprendente sauna di vapore nel bagno. Assolutamente consigliato!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement van Elias. Het was een fijn appartement om een aantal dagen te verblijven. Wel lijkt het appartement me slechts geschikt om met maximaal drie volwassenen te verblijven, door één bed van 140cm en één van 120cm breed. Daarnaast reageerde Elias snel en duidelijk op onze berichten.

Great place to stay at an affordable price, very responsive host & would consider staying again if I was to come back to Stockholm.

We enjoyed Olof’s place. The place was is beautiful, cozy and neat. It is also walking distance from all the Gamba Stan restaurants and stores. We look forward coming back again soon.

Excellent appartment, close to subway, Manu shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, close to historical centre, quiet in the appartement, well equipped

Eine nette Unterkunft und für den Preis sehr zufrieden. Auch ist eine U-Bahn mit 3 Minuten Fußmarsch recht schnell zu erreichen. Fragen werden meist innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet und ein Föhn ist auch vorhanden.

Positive: Clear instructions but not detailed enoughNegative: I arrived at night and could not find the keybox as the box itself was not easily recognizable I didnty actually see it, that did cause an issue with check in. I did learn from it though, I will make sure that I have an active phone connection when traveling the next time.

Very beautiful apartment with a modern yet preserved charm. Well equipped kitchen. Very good location in old town within walking distance to the city centre.

Great place to stay if wanting to be close to the city but without the noise.
