Positive: Die Aussicht war großartig! Die Anbindung mittels Fähre sehr gut!Negative: Wir waren froh, das Quartier im obersten Stock gebucht zu haben, da dort die Aussicht optimal ist! Unten ist dies natürlich nicht gegeben.

Generell gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Bei der Wohnung handelt sich scheinbar um ein großes ehemaliges Krankenhaus, was etwas komisch wirken kann. Bei der Wohnung selbst hat alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation war etwas mühsam und ungewöhnlich: Vor Buchung wurde nach Social-Media Accounts von allen Gästen zur Verifizierung gefragt. Die Nachrichten waren teils automatisiert generiert, unnötig lang und teilweise mehrfach gesendet; so wurde zb nach bestätigter Buchung erneut nach einem Foto des Ausweis gefragt obwohl dies bereits erledigt wurde

Nice, clean space nearby a lot of great shops and restaurants. Close enough to the tourist areas but far enough away that you're with the locals. Enjoyed our stay very much! I would of preferred to have a piece of paper in the studio with instructions and info, rather than getting texted all of the information. Also having a fan for some air flow would be nice. We opened the window but it can be very noisey with the garbage trucks.

Nice Place to live by coop super market but not much good food area around. But close to bus stop and you have to go close by . Open and bid place to live .

Huoneisto vastasi odotuksiamme. Tiesimme jo etukäteen hieman alueesta, koska olimme aiemmin majoittuneet lähistön hotellissa. Vesibussi (pendelbåt) on mukava tapa matkustaa kesällä Grönalundiin ja kaupungin keskustaan, etenkin (kuten me) palasimme huoneistoon aina ennen puoltayötä. Nautimme näköalasta täysin siemauksin. Keittiössä kaipailimme leikkuulautaa, muuten sieltä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Voimme suositella huoneistoa, jos et välttämättä halua majoittua aivan Tukholman ydinkeskustassa. Kiitos!

- De digitala nycklarna fungerade dåligt. Man kom inte alltid in i huset. Appen fick startas om etc.- TV:n var från stenåldern. Ingen möjlighet att t.ex. casta.- Krångligt att få access till cykel- och skidförvaring.- Informationen om WiFi stämde inte.- Dyr parkering. Över 1000kr för en vecka.Pontus svarade snabbt och försökte hjälpa till.

Leiligheten ligger sentralt. Kunne vært bedre med TV, stedet virket gammelt og det knirket i gulv. Dusjen var ikke komfortabel. OK hvis du trenger et sentralt sted å bo uten luksus følelse.

Very charming apartment right in the middle of Stockholm's old town, making it a great base from which to explore the city. The flat consists of a fairly small kitchen and a bigger bedroom/living room, both with a nice view of a square nearby and lots of amenities within easy reach.Only two considerations to be aware of, as already noted in the ad, are:1. The flat is on the third floor without lift2. The square outside does get very busy/noisy throughout the weekend nights, and during the summer you may be bothered if you decide to keep the windows openBut overall this is a highly recommended accomodation, assuming you are comfortable with these two aspects.

Boendet motsvarade helt både förväntningar och bilder.Andreas var 100% i serviceanda och man kände verkligen viljan att han önskade att jag skulle trivas.Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende med Andreas som värd!
