Very nice place, but management could be more organized.I was checked into a completely different property from the one I had booked, and had to change rooms the next day. Andreas was very responsive and helpful, but it was still quite hectic and time-consuming for me. The new room wasn't cleaned thoroughly, and there was no follow-up after I reported this.The flat itself was amazing, with a great view of the harbour. The location was also great, and I could easily take either the bus or boat to the city.It's a shame that my trip was marred by errors in management - if that were improved I would definitely stay here again.

We loved it there and would definitely recommend the place! Quiet, awesome area, water cap to the city and public transport just around the corner! You can enjoy the city and have a nice evening at the waterfront later in a peaceful area - awesome combination!

I happened to use his studio two summers in a row, where has stayed as good as before. Whatever the purpose of your visit, this place suit it well enough!

Huge huge place and very close to the metro

I had an outstanding stay at this Airbnb. The property was impeccably clean, beautifully appointed, and wonderfully cozy. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. While it is worth noting that there was no clothing iron or hair dryer available, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. The neighborhood was exceptionally quiet and safe, providing a tranquil environment. Additionally, a highly regarded Italian restaurant is conveniently located just a two-minute walk from the Airbnb. Overall, this is a very nice place, and I would highly recommend it.

Andreas ist ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber! Die Lage der Wohnung ist in einem sehr schönen und ruhigen Viertel. Es ist ein sehr schöner Altbau, die Wohnung ist klein aber fein. Das Bett war für zwei Personen etwas klein(1,40). Aber für eine Person perfekt! Die Dusche war auch etwas tricky… da sie sich in der kleinen mini Toilette befindet und man beim duschen das Wc flutet. Aber auch das ist für einpaar Tage Aufenthalt kein Problem. Alles in einem waren wir sehr zufrieden 🩷

El lugar era tal cual la descripción, con estaciones de metro cerca, y varios lugares para comer y comprar alimentación. Desde un principio se pusieron en contacto de cómo llegar y los lugares cerca. Buen precio calidad. Recomendado

I only gave the apartment 3 stars, because of problems we experienced: 1. Overhead lights in the kitchen did not work, only under-cabinet light worked. 2. In the second bedroom (off of kitchen), only one of the six overhead lights worked… and there was no other light source in the bedroom.3. The apartment did not match the photos. 4. Bathroom shower curtain was broken and in closet, that made it difficult to shower without getting water all over the bathroom. 5. Electronic key for front door “expired” 20 minutes before checkout time, as we were carrying luggage to car, so we got locked out (Elias did re-issue but we wasted 15 minutes trying to figure it out).The apartment has the feel of a “bachelor pad” rather than a home. It was an adequate place to stay, but not more than adequate.

I generally always leave a 5-star review, even if I didn't absolutely love the place, but I was really left a bit disappointed by this experience. Olof was fine and responsive, but here were my issues:1. There was construction noise that sounded like someone was drilling or jackhammering into the roof above the bed from pretty early.2. The check-in process required repeated asking for more and more personal information information. This would be less of an issue if all just asked for at once, it makes the experience feel like a chore before it's begun.3. The check-in instructions made sense for me, but Olof manages multiple Airbnbs within the same building and their check-in instructions are similar to the point where multiple times I had people knocking or trying to enter my apartment.4. The actual building itself feels like you're in a hospital ward, and the apartment lacks homeliness of what I generally expect from Airbnb.Genuine pros: Super fast internet and great location

The apartment is in a great location. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Beds comfortable!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Olof. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und stylisch eingerichtet und verfügt über alle angegebenen Utensilien.Wer zu Fuß unterwegs ist, sollte gute Schuhe einpacken, denn bis zur Altstadt geht man etwa eine Dreiviertelstunde. Die Verkehrsanbindungen sind sehr gut, mit dem Bus erreicht man die Stadt sehr schnell. Insgesamt würden wir auf alle Fälle nochmal bei Olof einchecken.

Couldn’t think of a more convenient location to be in Stockholm. Loved being close to much.
