Asunto oli siisti ja juuri sellainen kuin esitteessä kerrottiin. Juna ja raitiotiepysäkki aivan vieressä, josta on helppo lähteä julkisilla.Sisään kirjautumiseen tuli hyvät ohjeet ja oli helppoa asettua. Tykkäsin, majoittauduttaisiin perheen kanssa uudestaan.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable and the apartment was clean with a stylish design. The location was excellent, being very close to a bus station that made it easy to explore the city. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, although it would have been nice to have some basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil—things you often need when cooking. A major convenience was the supermarket just downstairs, making it easy to grab any essentials.Some areas for improvement: The building itself reminded us of a hospital, with a somewhat shady interior. The corridors were very dark, and the lights sometimes didn't turn on, giving it a slightly spooky feel, especially since you could tell it used to be a hospital. Even the bathroom in the apartment had a hospital-like vibe. Additionally, there was a strong smell from the pipes, particularly near the bed, which affected our sleeping experience.Despite these issues, considering the price, it was a good value for the stay.

Cozy apartment in an excellent location. Just a 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway stop, and only 3-4 minutes subway to the city center. Cleen and spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen with possibility to prepare meals. Very pleasant host, replied quickly and comprehensively with all information about the apartment well in advance of arrival.

Our stay at Olof's place was lovely, we had a very comfortable and peaceful time in his cozy, very clean apartment, location was superb as it has different ways to get to public transport close nearby for whenever we wanted to go out and explore the city. Olof was fast to respond to any inquiries we had (even though we didn't have many as all the information we could had needed he had readily available) and made sure we had a great, stress free time during our stay at Stockholm, would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here in Stockholm very much.PLUS: The apartment has has a great location in Södermalm with plenty of space for relaxing. It is well maintained and convenient to access via digital key.MINUS: If you wish to dine in there is very limited flatware, and basic kitchen amenities such as spices, sugar, cooking oil, etc. are not supplied. The guest pre-screening process is far more cumbersome than most, as are the check out requirements regarding dishes, linens, etc. Overall these are minor issues - I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Everything was good! It’s a quite street, you can walk everywhere in Södermalm or easily get to the Underground.

Lovely quiet ground floor flat in great residential area - loads of great restaurants and cafes on the doorstep and easy to either walk or use public transport into the centre of Stockholm. Spacious rooms and calming neutral decor. Overall a perfect place to stay.

Good place to stay for a few days. Lots of public transport options nearby. Clear instructions to find it and get inside. Quick communication when we raised a small issue.

Elias was a great host. The listing was very spacious and had several amenities. The location in Gamla Stan was the best part, walkable to the metro, great restaurants and a lot of shopping.

Logement calme, très bien placé, excentré mais tout est facilement accessible avec le métro. Il serait nécessaire pour améliorer le confort de mettre :- des lampes de chevet ainsi qu'une porte (surtout lorsqu'on est 4 dans l'appartement) dans la chambre - davantage de matériel dans la cuisine (notamment des assiettes à dessert, car il n'y a que 4 assiettes plates et 4 assiettes à soupe), une théière - davantage de lumière près de la table de la cuisine

Positive: Lugnt o skönt område på Söder, men fortfarande nära till allt. Affär (Coop) rakt över gatan som är öppen till 22; bussar en kort promenad bort.Negative: Tillfälliga byggarbeten i närheten, men bara under dagtid (och värden hade informerat om detta, så inga problem).
