Tolle Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man ist innerhalb von 15min mit der T13 in der Innenstadt. Alles war sauber und auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos.

Good apartment. It is about 15min walk to the metro and commuter train station. Clean and tidy. The apartment has no lifts, so you need carry the luggage by yourself.

Good apartment. It is about 15min walk to the metro and commuter train station. It also has supermarket like willeys around. But it has a broken kettle, as I have left the message for Andreas at the first day I come, it hasn't been fixed when I live there for 4 days.

We had a very good time in Fredrik's accommodation. The neighborhood is very nice and convenient for visiting Stockholm. The house is very nice and clean.

Everything was just great!

Excellent accommodation within walking distance near the metro. Very spacious hall and dining room. The bedrooms are a little small. One bedroom was small in size, but complete with a wardrobe and bedside tables. And the second one was very tiny, where nothing could fit except a small bed (we put our things on the windowsill). The apartment was quiet and sunny. The apartment is also well equipped, it has all the specified amenities: hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. We came for the weekend and felt very comfortable in this accommodation.

The place is located in a good area, but the the bed and sofa cama were uncomfortable and low quality for the price paid.

As family of 4 people ( 2 kids) we had a good stay even if the apartment is a bit small and the bad not comfortable

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und sauber, ideal für einen Aufenthalt in Stockholm. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist grundsätzlich gut, und die Anbindung war komfortabel. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Spacious flat, very clean, quiet. Check-in was easy, just a bit confusing in the beginning, because the code for opening the box with all the key boxes was not in written in the email, but thankfully in the attached photos. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine with dryer function, a stove, and enough kitchen utensils to cook. We didn't find detergent for the dishwasher and having a bit more toilet paper would have been nice. We loved the comfortable beds and the possibility to play with our child in the front lawn. Neighbourhood is suburban and quiet, a restaurant offering pizza, a supermarket, a playground and a football field nearby. You can get to Älvsjö station by walking 10 min or taking the bus for one stopp.

Good place for a long weekend stayPositive: The apartment was very clean and comfortable, almost fully equipped for a long weekend stay. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The metro was close so there was no problem with getting to the city center (4 stops). We had good contact with the property Owner, who was very helpful and immediately answered our questions. I highly recommend it.
