Andrea’s is very responsive to messages and made the stay great. Only thing was that towards night time, the bars below the apartment can be really loud. Other than that, comfortable place to stay and great location.

Le logement permet d'aller dans le centre de la ville mais en métro. Olof a été à l'écoute des questions et demandes

Great location, great apartment with lots of character. The location on a quiet alley steps from the harbor and all the Gamla Stan sites, shops, and restaurants could not be beat. The place has lots of space, easy access, and well equipped with the comforts of home. Easy self check-in was a plus. The bedrooms and main bathroom are spacious. Note if you have mobility issues, there are many stairs and steps within the flat, and very low doorways to access some of the spaces. Also, the bathtub is lovely but quite awkward for use as a shower. Communication was generally excellent and quick. However, there were not enough bed linens or towels in the flat. Upon using a web link provided to address issues, we received an auto-reply hours later in the middle of the night. However, there was no follow-up and no additional linens were ever received. Somewhat disappointing for the price paid. Overall, however, the apartment was a perfect lcation and quite memorable stay. Recommended!

The apartment was a great place to stay while attending a conference at the Stockholmsmässan. It's close to train and metro stops, has a beautiful location alongside the water, and was clean and comfortable.

Haben es in Andreas Wohnung gut angetroffen. Die Wohnung ist freundlich eingerichtet mit allem, was man so braucht. Sehr guter Anschluss an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, in 15-20 min ist man in der Innenstadt. Für 4 Erwachsene ideal, ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Nice, bright, clean Appartement. Bathroom was rather old but clean. Well connected to public transportation! Can recommend to stay here!Communication for broken hair dryer was unnecessary complicated and didn’t lead to a replacement.

Amazing apartment in an amazing location - couldn’t fault it during our stay in Stockholm! Elias was a great host, highly recommended

We had a lovely stay at Elias’ place in Stockholm. I went with 4 friends and the location , cleanliness and ease of access too and from the property were particular strong points about this Airbnb. The only complaints were that the sofa bed was a bit dodgy and not really a proper sofa bed at all. And then the other really petty complaint is that the ps3 controllers don’t work. But in general it was a lovely spot and absolutely perfect for what we were after as 5 friends going to visit Stockholm! Would highly recommend.

This Airbnb is great for a short citytrip. Perfectly located in the center of Stockholm’s oldtown. Everything was trouble-free and fine. Recommendation!

Apartamento muy bonito y espacioso y con unas vistas preciosas. La experiencia del huésped podría ser mucho mejor si se subsanan pequeños detalles de mantenimiento. La ducha necesita una actuación: la mampara está sin puerta y la alcachofa de la ducha no se sujeta en el soporte. También hay alguna bombilla fundida, un radiador que no conseguimos apagarlo, en el WC tienes que quedarte a oscuras si quieres enchufar algún aparato… En fin, pequeños inconvenientes que, solucionados, mejorarían notablemente la experiencia

My wife, daughter, and I visited Stockholm from 5/13-5/19. Andreas was very responsive and his place was very nice, clean, and spacious. It is conveniently located near public transportation and has many restaurants within walking distance. There were also two grocery stores located nearby. His home offered plenty of space for us. When we visit Stockholm again, will definitely check out his place again if it is available. I highly recommend Andreas's home if you are visiting Sweden and looking for a nice place to stay.

Consiglio questo alloggio per passare qualche giorno a Stoccolma. L'appartamento è piuttosto piccolo e essenziale ma molto comodo, ordinato e pulito. La posizione è ottima sia rispetto ai mezzi pubblici che per la centralità che permette di raggiungere un poco tempo le principali zone del centro città. Il check-in e la comunicazione sono risultate semplici, chiare ed esaustive.

O espaço do Fredrik é super acolhedor e muito bem decorado. Sentimos-nos em casa! Fica a cerca de 30 min de autocarro do centro, numa zona muito calma na periferia. Adorámos tudo! Recomendamos muito!

I highly recommend Andrea’s place. If you like sun, the apartment gets plenty of it all day long. Nice surroundings and close to the station.

A great spacious apartment with wonderful views. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. A few minutes walk to the metro to get to central Stockholm. Supermarkets within walking distance. Great walks around the area with plenty of places to stop for refreshments. Andreas gave clear instructions for check in and check out. A wonderful family holiday we would definitely choose to stay here again.

It was a bit tricky to get in the first time but we followed the written instructions and used the pictures and it was fine. The location was nice, close to the metro and other places we were interested in. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean and tidy living space with amenities of an entire house. We liked the creative use of space. Nice area to walk around, and although there is not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the apartments, the bus and metro stations to Stockholm center are just a few minutes from the apartment. Would recommend it

Appartement is nice and except a few little things (no hairdryer, no bin in the bathroom) there is everything you need.You can reach the Appartement with a ~45min drive with the public Ferry and the Appartement is close to the pier. It drives every 30min and brings you straight to the city center and important touristic places. A supermarket is around the corner and there is a self-check-in.

The apartment is not for sensitive sleepers. There’s no AC or normal airflow so it gets hot and a bit stuffy inside in hotter months because the only way to get more air in (window opens just a bit and it’s facing the sun all day so gets quite hot inside) is by opening the front door which feels not like a solution for privacy and so on. There’s also vents in the wall next to windows and outside door (which for some reason are not in apartment pictures…) that are literally holes covered with a little bit of plastic with no sound insulation, so that basically means you can hear outside quite well and although it’s in a pretty calm and nice area if you’re more sensitive sleeper you’ll hear a lot of things from the outside.Other than the plastic ventilation holes the apartment looks just like in pictures.

Minimalist apartment. Had everything I needed, though 1 large saucepan would be an improvement. Not far from the city center. Reliable communication.
