I really liked my stay at Olof’s place. Really appreciate the clear instructions. Will definitely recommend.

We had a great stay! Super clean apartment, a big living room and kitchen! Everything worked out perfectly, communication with the host was also great. It was now the second time I stayed in this apartment, absolutely recommendable.

Our stay at this Airbnb was overall pleasant. The apartment was impressively clean, and the host was friendly and responsive to all our inquiries. The price for the stay was very fair, considering the amenities provided. However, it's worth mentioning that the apartment had a distinct ‘retirement home feel’ to it. Despite this, if cleanliness and value are your top priorities, this place is definitely worth considering.

Was really nice, easy to find, really peaceful area

We had a wonderful stay here! A little bit out of the center of the city, but either way Stockholm’s public transport system that was no problem! Enjoyed the balcony.

Very easy and quick self check-in. The accommodation fully corresponds to the photos and description. The appartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In 2 minutes walk is a stop from which the bus to the center of Stockholm. The host sent detailed instructions and is always ready to help in case of any questions.

Very nice and cozy apartment but i my opinion too small for 5 people. The only surprising thing was the amount of information I had to give to make the reservation which occurred after the payment (I hope it was actually for security reasons). Anyway, I recommend :)

Overall good for the price, but missing some basics like salt and pepper, broom.

Gamla Stan is a wonderful place, and Olof’s location is the epitome of the surrounding beauty. I’m not sure when I’ll be back in Stockholm, but when I am blessed enough to be, I will seek out Olof’s warm hospitality. Bath is a bit weird tho

Logement très bien situé, dans un quartier animé mais calme. Super pour visiter la ville à pied ou pour utiliser les transports. Malheureusement le logement était parfois un peu bruyant ( bruits de couloir, porte rdc, voix)

L’appartement est très agréable, situé dans un quartier animé et pittoresque. Toutes les explications pour y accéder étaient très claires. Notre séjour à Stockholm a été formidable, même la météo était avec nous.

Excellent séjour à Stockholm ! Le quartier est animé avec tous les commerces nécessaires et des cafés et restaurants très sympas. La station de métro est effectivement à moins de 5 minutes à pied. C'est un bon point de départ pour ensuite sillonner toute la ville à pied, en bus ou en bateau. Olof est amical, très réactif et il répond volontiers à toutes vos questions. L'appartement est spacieux, calme et très agréable. La literie est très bonne aussi. Et tout est d'une propreté irréprochable !Pour le prix, quelques petites améliorations pourraient être apportées tels que des multiprises à proximité des lits et l'installation d'un sèche-serviette ou de quelques patères dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes.Cela dit, nous recommandons chaleureusement cet appartement.

It’s an amazing place and location! We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a lovely place with a beautiful view. The neighborhood was lovely and just a short walk to the metro and a grocery store. Lovely parks nearby. My mom really appreciated the elevator to the 5th floor!

Le logement d’Elias est idéalement situé en plein cœur de l’île de Sodermalm. Le voisinage est calme et l’immeuble est bien insonorisé.Nous avons trouvé l’appartement dans un très bon état, idéalement agencé, le seul bémol concerne la salle de bain, basse de plafond et avec un manque de pression sous la douche. Mise à part cela, nous recommandons avec entrain cet appartement.

Nous avons apprécié ce bel appartement très calme et bien desservi par les transports en commun, mais nécessite petites réfections et améliorations.

Very easy access with Metro, tram and train. Close to supermarkets and the area is very nice.

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et bien situé.Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille. Le lieu répondait tout à fait à nos besoins. Les adultes ont dormi dans la chambre et les enfants dans le salon.L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme. Le centre ville est à 20 minutes à peine, grâce à la ligne verte. Vous trouverez une supérette au métro, à 5 minutes à pied, et un super marché à 10 minutes à pied ou 3 arrêts de bus (ligne 65).Nous avons préparé quelques repas sur place. La cuisine et bien équipée. La salle de bain est un brin vétuste. L'écoulement de l'eau est lent. Le néon met 10 minutes à s'allumer. Il serait utile de le signaler aux locataires, car nous avons cherché longtemps et trouvé par hasard. (Un petit mot au dessus de l'interrupteur ?)Attention, il n'y a pas de machine à laver. À prendre en compte pour les plus longs séjours. Ce sont des petites choses. Rien qui ne doive vous empêcher de profiter de ce joli logement que je recommande.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Stockholm. Transports en commun faciles d'accès. Environnement calme. Epicerie sur place. Logement conforme au descriptif. Je recommande.
