Nette Unterkunft, die gut mit der Metro und anschließend zu Fuß zu erreichen war. Auf dem Balkon konnte man sehr gut die Abende ausklingen lassen - mit Blick auf das Wasser. Die Wohnung an sich ist eher kleiner, hatte aber alles, was man während eines Kurztrips braucht und sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man konnte sich wohlfühlen :)

The apartment was well situated , with a direct access to water and a nice park nearby . 2 stops by train from Stockholm city station . The access to the train station was not clear so I had to take the tram 30 to access to it or walk 20 min trough a Park.The booking of the apartment was quite complicated with never ending questions and an external site to enter Id and answer questions…Everything was clean and the kitchen had nearly everything, including a dish washer machine .The bedroom included 2 bed , the single bed was really uncomfortable with noise when moving . The pillows were not confortable.The balcony was cute .We had a good stay

Beautiful place, exactly as in the photos, clean, spacious, in an accessible place to reach by public transport.

Für nicht so Elektronikaffine ein wenig mühsam in die Wohnung zu kommen,mit den Anweisungen machbar. Grösse,Gegend,Restaurants(Ellis-libanesisch...sehr gut)Öffis.....alles sehr gut. Empfehlenswert!

perfect location and very large apartment with nice kitchen !!

We had a great stay at Elias flat. It was very quiet and only few meters to the next subway station. Well located in Södermalm and a perfect fit for a short trip to Stockholm.

Truly a great location in the heart of Gamla Stan! Certainly a bit cave-like, but that was honestly kind of helpful with the early morning sun in the late spring/early summer days. The kitchen (including coffee!) was very usable and nice to have during our stay. The space has 1.5 baths as opposed to 2, and the shower set-up was a little tough for us to figure out how to keep the surrounding area dry, but we appreciated the heated floors in that bathroom which also continued into the downstairs bedroom! Eclectic art vibes in the space as well

We loved staying at Elias' place. It was clean, easy to access, great neighborhood and just as the pictures indicated. Elias was very responsive and I'd gladly stay again.

Great location and beautiful apartment

Elias apartment matched our expectations. The location is great. There were some small issues but Elias always responded very quickly and fixed them for us. Thank you Elias!

The place looks just like the photos and is very clean. Easy transportation into the city. Olof’a instructions made the entire process very easy.

On - on beş dakika yürüme mesafesinde güzel parklar, restoranlar ve kafelerle çevrili nezih bir muhit. Daire minimalist ama şık ve rahat. Olof, her tür soru ve soruna hemen yanıt veriyor ve dürüst bir ev sahibi. Binaya, asansöre ve daireye giriş-çıkışlarda ayrı ayrı kod girmek / akılda tutmak kimilerine zor gelebilir ama biz sorun yaşamadık. Küçük yatak odasında pencere olmaması uyku kalitesi açısından iyi ama kimilerine pek cazip gelmeyebilir. Binanın hemen yanındaki otobüs durağından 76 numaralı otobüs her yere gitmiyor, ama aktarma noktalarına ulaşmayı hayli kolaylaştırıyor. Özetle pahalılığıyla ünlü bir şehirde ekonomik bir konaklama için optimum bir seçenek.

Great place to stay

Nice place and location!

Very nice and convenient place right at the heart of the old town. Stylishly decorated with everything we need.

Nice and quite place to stay. You can get by boat or bus I did both options and either way is good if you control the schedule. Big supermarket 10 min. walk 1 bus stop. I stayed at the end of May so I have no issue arriving late.

Liten fin lägenhet som ligger centralt på söder. Nära till affär, kommunikation, restauranger mm. Som nämnts litet kök och badrum men funkar för kortare vistelser.
