What the other reviews say is true it’s a lot more like a hotel. However, that wasn’t really an issue for us the room was spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped, easy to make meals. The highlight is really the location. There is a bus stop right outside, which will take you to the old town in 15 minutes and there are some cool restaurants and bars within walking distance and a big park right up the street. It’s very ideal for exploring the city. While it doesn’t feel as comfortable as some air bnbs it’s 100% worth the money for the location and the apartment is still very clean and functional.

Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung, schön, gross und sauber. Alles da, was man braucht. Ruhige Gegend( und ruhiger Schlaf). Bequeme Betten. Tolle Aussicht auf's Wasser seitlich. Schöne Spaziergänge am Wasser. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man gut z.B. in die Innenstadt. Parken kann man in der öffentlichen Parkgarage gegenüber vom Haus. Supermarkt, Bäcker, und Sky Bar fussläufig ( alles gut). Restaurants auch nah( nicht getestet). Wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Elias war freundlich und erreichbar. Zögere nicht, diese Wohnung zu mieten.

Toppenboende, prisvärt! Nära till både ankarlift och Åre torg med restauranger och affärer. Smidigt med skidbron från våning 4. Fräsch, välstädad och ljus lägenhet som motsvarar bilderna. Trevlig utsikt från rummet! Mjuka sängar och köket har de bekvämligheter man behöver förutom ugn och frys. Vi gjorde enbart frukost i lägenheten. Extra plus att det finns en nespresso kaffemaskin, kom bara ihåg att ta med er kapslar. Parkering finns precis intill byggnaden och kostar ca 150kr dygnet. Smidig in- och utcheckning till lägenheten, det var dock lite klurigt att hitta rätt nyckelbox då vi blandade ihop den med en annan box. Det enda negativa jag kan anmärka på med lägenheten är att det är otroligt lyhört i byggnaden så man hör det mesta från de intilliggande rummen. Vi blev väckta varje natt när festprissarna återvände till sina rum men i det stora hela gör det inte så mycket. Skulle gärna bo här igen!

Pontus is a very good host, shares lots of information and is very professional. His apartment was very clean when we arrived, simple and free of unnecessary clutter (It's basically your run-of-the-mill hotel room, building used to be a hotel). Some minor details, which had no adverse effects on us but could affect others differently:- Pontus manages a lot of other properties, some of them in the same building; his directions/instructions sometimes didn't match what we experienced there, Assuming he uses the same template for all these apartments, which can lead to a bit of confusion. - Even though the rules say explicitly that there are no parties allowed, we experienced that the neighbors around us were very inclined to blasting very loud music till the early morning hours. Granted, we rented the property during Easter holidays, so there was a lot of younger people around. All in all our experience was great and we would definitely stay there again!

Great location, with ski-in-ski-out and a perfect view! The apartment has everything you need for you stay, great with the heated floors in the bathroom. The interior is a little run down, but works.

Tack så mycket för vistelsen i din lägenhet! Vi trivdes väldigt bra. Kim svarade alltid snabbt på meddelanden och allt funkade väldigt bra.

Mycket trevlig värd, bra kommunikation och tydliga instruktioner, jag kom med mycket frågor som besvarade snabbt och tydligt. Skulle starkt rekommendera Pontus som värd, när vi kommer tillbaka väljer vi Pontus alla dagar i veckan.

Toppenboende! Såg inte riktigt ut som på bilderna, men det gjorde inte så mycket.

The apartment unit is a perfect location for a solo traveler or couple, with ski-in / ski-out access and a ~8 minute walk to town. Highly recommend for a weekend.
