We’re launching e-commerce for add-on services
It should be easy for guests to tailor their stay to their needs – that’s why we’re taking the next step in making our homes even more flexible and personal.
By Anna Kernell • January 22, 2026
We’re now launching digital add-on services that allow guests to customize their stay directly via My Pages. Everything is gathered in one place and based entirely on the services you need for this particular stay. With just a few clicks, guests can add options such as:
- Airport transfer
- Midstay cleaning
- Damage insurance
- Internet via eSIM.
"This is a major step forward in how we meet the wide range of needs we know our guests have. When guests can optimize their stay themselves in just a few clicks, virtually any home becomes an attractive choice."

The Future of Short-Term Rentals: A Personal Experience
Many of our guests stay with us for weeks or even months, often in connection with work, studies, or projects away from home. In those cases, accommodation is about more than just a place to sleep – it’s about making everyday life work.
Extra cleaning, laundry services, local support, or convenient transportation can make a big difference when time is limited and focus lies elsewhere.
"If you’re temporarily living in Stockholm for work for a month, you shouldn’t have to spend time sorting out practical details. Now that the platform is in place, we can develop and test new services and see what truly creates the most value for different guests,"
- Olof Kernell, Guestit
More to Come
This is just the beginning. Over time, we plan to expand the offering with services such as breakfast, food deliveries, car rental, laundry services, and other external solutions that make stays even smoother.
With our new add-on services, we want to point the way toward the future of flexible short-term accommodation – where it’s not just about where you stay, but how well your stay adapts to you.
