At Guestit, safety is a natural part of the experience. Our digital check-in ensures that the person who makes the booking is also the one staying in the home. This helps prevent unauthorized access and third-party bookings, creating a safer environment for both guests and neighbours.
All bookings include identity verification. Access to the property is granted once the verification process is completed and approved. If identity cannot be verified, check-in cannot proceed.

Identity verification
After booking, you complete a digital check-in form via My Pages. As part of the process, you will:
- Confirm your identity with a valid ID
- Complete a selfie-based ID verification
- Read and sign the house rules
- Complete location-based verification using a geotag upon arrival
✅ The process is quick. If you’ve verified your identity with us before, future check-ins will be even smoother.
Information about your stay
Once your identity has been verified and your check-in approved, you will receive all the essential details for your stay. Entry instructions are provided on-site after identity verification is completed.
