Appartement vaste. La salle à manger, la cuisine, la chambre sont très agréables à vivre, propres, bien décorées. Cet appartement est calme, situé tout prêt d'une boulangerie et du métro.Les meubles de WC et de salle de bain sont vétustes, il est difficile d'allumer la lumière dans ces 2 pièces.La poignée de porte de la chambre s'est cassée, la porte de l'armoire s'est déboîtée. Les poignées de porte de la salle de bain et des toilettes se déboîtaient. Nous n'osions plus les fermer.Nous avons prévenu Andréas qui nous a demandé des photos; personne n'est intervenu durant le reste de notre séjour.A certains moments de la journée, nous avions froid dans l'appartement.

Really lovely place, great views. Fab to have ski in and out from the same building! Would definitely stay again.

The location is just perfect. There is Nybroplan station 4 min walking to get the tram. There is Ostermalstorg station 8 min walking to get Central Station which is very convenient.You can even do everything walking and discover the streets. Strömkajen (place to get ferry and discover archipelagos from Stockholm) is very close from the flat.You are close to Djurgården (including Abba Museum, Vasa museum), Gamla Stan, all the lookouts on Södermalm.Such a great value quality/price.Stockholm is a nice place to celebrate New Year Eve 😊Elias was nice to us and the flat was convenient

Appartement très agréable. Accessible en métro (arrêt de métro très proche).plusieurs commerces à proximité. quartier calme. hôte très agréable et réactif. je recommande

Ett mycket bra och rent boende med ski-in ski-out med hjälp av hiss. Toppen med två våningar, två ingångar (våning 0 och 1) och två badrum vilket underlättade när man var åtta personer. F f a när alla skulle till och hem från skidbackarna. I det lilla köket hittade man det mesta, inkl. micro i ugnen vilket vi upptäckte när vår vecka nästan var slut. Dock ingen frys eller torkskåp. Sköna sängar.Rekommenderar taxi dit om man åker tåg och har bagage då det är uppför från tågstationen. Sedan går det lätt att ta sig fram till fots, på skidor eller med bergbanan (3min bort).Rekommenderar boendet!

Nous recommandons le logement d'Andreas car il est bien accessible, proche du centre de Stockholm, bus et métro à proximité. Le logement est spacieux, très propre et fonctionnel (malgré un petit manque de vaisselle).

Eine super Wohnung die minimalistisch aber immernoch modern eingerichtet ist. Definitiv weiter zu empfehlen!Elias ist ein kommunikativer und überaus freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Sollten wir nochmal nach Stockholm reisen wollen, würden wir uns bestimmt nochmal bei Elias melden!😊

C’est assez bien Mais il y’a des inconvénients .. pas très propre

Elia's appartment Is really a great find, It has everything you Need to stay there comfortably and live your journey.Its a "compact" apartment (in a good way), everything Is studied to make the best use of the space.It has plenty of blankets and essentials such as sheets, towels, bed linens and everything like that.Everything was perfect, we did the mistake to overbuy some things for our stay so we thought we'd leave them there for future guests, so, if you're reading this and dedice to book this cute Place, we Hope that you're gonna have an Amazing stay like we did and that you're gonna find useful the things we left there.Only "negative" thing about the bathroom Is that (i assume) a previous guest removed a rubber piece from the shower Door, which makes the water leak out, so you'll have to scoop a bit once you're done If the water comes out.As for the host, Elias Is amazing:Always available, very kind and Will give you all the info you Need. Highly recommended!

Prisvärd välutrustad lägenhet. Allt var rent och fräscht. Plus för tillgång till bastu som även den var fräsch med fin utsikt.

Gute Unterkunft und man konnte mit der Bahn alles erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und man konnte zu viert gut darin leben. Einen Fernseher hätte ich mir zwar noch gewünscht ansonsten top.

Me and my family had a fabulous time in this fantastic apartment. We have stayed in about 10 different places in Åre over the years but thought this was the best so far!

Очень удобная квартира для четверых. Такое впечатление, что мы были первыми клиентами после ремонта. Все идеально, очень чисто. А вид из окон неимоверный. Удачное расположение, только одна остановка до центра. В вашем расположении все необходимые магазины.Я бы с радостью поселилась еще раз. Все было великолепно.
