Lejligheden levede op til vores forventninger, den er praktisk og hyggelig.Super god beliggenhed både i forhold til ski (piste og lift lige ved soden af), men også fint i forhold til byen. Dejlig lille gåtur ned, og er man træt efter en dag på ski, tager man nemt bjergbanen nærmest til døren.Vi var tre i lejligheden, fire kunne nemt gå an, men vil ikke anbefale flere, da det bliver trangt og madlavning lidt besværlig.Kunne godt have ønsket en ovn (hvis der var plads…)God anbefaling herfra

The flat was neat, comfortable and very clean, perfect for our family of four. Having the extra half-bath and a sauna was a plus. The digital lock was very handy so we could come and go without worrying about keys. Location with parking was great.Communication with Kimmo was easy. We particularly appreciated how warm the flat was throughout our stay when the temperature outside was -29°! We would come back.

The apartment is exactly as described.All we could need during our two week stay was available.We were two adults and a young kid for most of the stay. During a couple of days there were two additional adults and it went fine with the sofa bed.The area is quiet with all services and it is also well communicated.Quick responses from the host at all times, we had a reservation change that was handled very smoothly.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement proposé par Andréas.Les indications fournies avant, pendant, et la fin de du séjour étaient parfaitement claires.Le logement était propre, fonctionnel, juste pour une famille de 4 avec 2 jeunes de plus de 16 ans, mais suffisant pour une petite semaine.Il est surtout idéalement placé, face au Lac Mälar, à quelques minutes à pied de la station de métro, dans un quartier calme et agréable, avec une vue imprenable sur les nombreux feux d'artifice du nouvel an.Ce fut un beau pied à terre pour une découverte de Stockholm en hiver.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of several supermarkets, a drugstore, a bakery, some pharmacies and restaurants with different cuisine. The connection to public transport - bus, tram, metro and the shuttle train could not be better, so that you can easily get to the centre of Stockholm as well as the surrounding cities such as Uppsala.The contact with our host was very straightforward and we always received a quick answer if we had a question. We can therefore highly recommend Andreas' apartment and would rent it again at any time.

A very nice, clean and well-equipped flat in a living area of Åre. You would feel like home with the neighbors. Close to the Åre centre with nice restaurants, slopes are also in the walking distance/a historical mountain tram can be used for practical transportation&adventorous feeling.

Great place, reasonably close to center, excellent public transport. Place is new and nice, kitchen is basic. Nice and warm, it was freezy when we stayed it was ery nice to come home in a warm appartement. We as a family of 5 had a great stay ! Thanks Andreas.

Very comfortable apartment with easy access. Incredible views, very clean, organized and I really enjoyed it, I recommend it

Instructions were very clear and easy to follow without thinking -- that's a huge plus, when you arrive at 2 am. Elias provided all the needed info about quite hours, garbage etc. The only thing that surprised me was apartment height: I'm 180cm and I hit my head on the ceiling and bathroom door quite hard. Don't get me wrong, it is expected and can be clearly seen on photos, but still took a couple of hits / days to adjust:)

公寓干净，交通便利

Der Aufenthalt war einwandfrei. Alles hat hervorragend geklappt. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis war top. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmässig, sauber und gut gelegen. Zu Fuss ist man in 25 Minuten beim Bahnhof. Nicht unweit der Wohnung hat es zudem eine Bushaltestelle.

Det mesta var mycket bra bortsett från lite dålig städning tyvärr

Schönes Ambiente, modernes Design, wunderschöne Lage, außergewöhnlich,Fast direkt am Hafen/ Wasser, nahe zum Zentrum, gute Verkehrsanbindung, ruhig, genialer Mix aus historischer Bausubstanz und moderner Architktur.Dadurch dass kein persönlicher Kontakt zu Gastgeber oder Nachbarn,...etwas anonym/ straight...aber sehr korrekt und hilfreich via sms..Empfehlenswert !

Logement bien situé, bien aménagé.Les horaires de Check in et Check out sont un peu rudes, arrivée à partir de 17h et départ avant 11h.Mais l’hôte a été compréhensif et avons pu entrer dans les lieux à 16h.
