Nice place looking over the waterfront across with a nice view of Alberget & Östermalm & as far as Gamla Stan.Place was very clean upon arriving & has good transport links throughout Stockholm.

Perfectly suited my stay, even if slightly further out of the city. I would stay again.

I stayed in the apartment for 1.5 months, it was really great. I felt like a have a temporary home: a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a washing machine, and everything that one needs. Also, it is easy to get to Stockholm from there, the district is quite quiet. In 10 minutes walk there is a Lidingo centrum with large supermarket and plenty of specialized shops. I was fully satisfied with my stay here)

The flat is located in one of the best parts of Stockholm, but if you are looking for some AirBnB cosiness this is definitely not the place. All apartments of the house seem to be rented to tourists.

I had a lovely stay at Fredrik’s place, the apartment is huge and I felt right at home. It’s located in the center of the old town of Stockholm, Gamla Stan so it was always nice to get out of the apartment (beautiful and colorful buildings) and everything is within walkable distances!Would come back in a heartbeat

Taking an Uber to the accommodation costs approximately 50€. Upon arrival, the check-in process was very relaxed. We were captivated by the view. The accommodation was beautiful. The only issue for us was the strong odor in the large bathroom and the cool air seeping through the closed windows. Otherwise, everything was clean. We felt very comfortable.

Lage in der Altstadt war top. Allerdings ab morgens früh sehr laut (ich nehme an durch Anlieferungen), also Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.An die Dusche musste ich mich gewöhnen, war nicht so mein Fall.Die Küchenzeile reicht um einfaches essen zuzubereiten oder warm zu machen. Kochen würde ich nicht.Enttäuschend war das Schlafsofa. Eine Seite war hart, da hätte ich nicht drauf schlafen können. Die andere ging zum Glück, gut geschlafen habe ich aber nicht. Zu zweit hätte ich nicht darauf schlafen wollen.Insgesamt ist es klein und eng. Für mich alleine war es ok.

Die Unterkunft ist genau so wie auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung: etwas klein, aber genau richtig für ein paar Tage. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, das Schlafsofa ist sogar ganz bequem und es war außerdem sehr warm (was wichtig ist, wenn man Stockholm bei Minusgraden besucht). Alles in allem ein guter Deal und ich würde wieder kommen. Allein das Bad hätte ein klein wenig sauberer sein können, es war aber alles im Rahmen.

Ich muss schon sagen das die Unterkunft von Andreas etwas besonderes ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend,ob mit Boot,Bahn oder Bus man ist ziemlich schnell in der City und wohnt denoch in einem sehr ruhigen und neu errichteten Wohnviertel auf Lidingö. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich über die Strasse sowie einige nette Restaurants gleich hinterm Haus am wunderschönen Ufer. Das Apartment ist sehr modern und intelligent eingerichtet. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet und es gibt jede Menge Stauraum für Kleidung etc. ohne das es zu eng wird.Das Bett ist sehr bequem und verschwindet durch ein paar wenige Handgriffe und kinderleicht im dafür vorgesehenen Schrank. Man hat somit ein sehr luftiges Raumgefühl und genügend Fläche z.B für Yoga oder ähnliches 😀.Die Sauberkeit ist auf höchstem Niveau! Andreas ist freundlich und die Kommunikation unkompliziert!Ich komme bestimmt wieder

appartement trés sympa , fonctionnel et trés bien placé

Olof's place is one of the nicest Airbnbs that we've stayed at. It is exactly as described, a spacious apartment in the heart of Södermalm. You're literally a couple of blocks from everything, subway, bus, grocery store, Systembolaget (for wine ;-)) and numerous restaurants. The place itself is very comfortable, the beds are nice and firm, the linen is professionally cleaned so you get that super crisp hotel feel. The lounge area is great for hanging out after a long day of exploring Stockholm and the kitchen works great for breakfast. One thing to call out is that the elevator is very small as the beautiful house was likely built in the late 1800s, it works great but just a heads up for anyone with a wheelchair or other mobility apparatus to check the measurements with Olof before booking.All in all, we had a great stay at Olof's place, a reading lamp and a hook or two for clothing in the small bedroom would put it at 5++. We look forward to staying here again.

Everything was great. Quick and clear communicatiin with the host and nice accomodation. Can definitly recommend!
