Positive: Simple but definitely enough for a solo trip! Very clean, cost-effective, I can also see the sea view. The transportation is very convenient, there is a bus stop next to it, and you can also choose to take a water bus/boat (you need to go down a long staircase but it is not difficult) Twenty to thirty minutes to the city center, I think this is an acceptable range!

I understand there may be insurance issues, but having a local friend for a visit should be allowed.
