This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this accommodation, so everything felt familiar and quite at home. We were a bigger group this year, but that didn’t make the stay any less comfortable. We’re planning to make this an annual tradition.

Wonderful host and wonderful, fully equipped and comfortable apartment, 10 minutes away from a T-bana station. Very peaceful, quite area right near a huge park. The price was excellent -- truly, a rare find in Stockholm. The flat was clean and spacious, with everything you might need inside (apart from the washing machine, but it was not promised! -- pay attention to this if you're scheduling for a longer period of time)

Guestit's apartment ("Olof") is located on the third floor of an apartment hotel with over 40 traveller apartments. To gain access to the building and the apartment, you are required to install an app. Communication with Guestit is quick, though somewhat impersonal (many standard messages). When notified that the bathroom had not been cleaned and that the bedroom had an unpleasant odor, a staff member responded by saying that the issue would be forwarded to the cleaning team, rather than offering an apology. The TV did not have an antenna connection and could not be connected to wifi.The apartment was otherwise good, and the kitchen is simply yet functionally equipped.The location is convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to the subway and cinema.Guestit offers flexible check-in and check-out times (for a fee).There are both pros and cons, but overall it is reasonably priced.

Nice accommodation

The location was fantastic, and the host was very kind and fast to respond. The living room had a very chic aesthetic to it which made it feel very homely as did the bedroom. The bathroom was slightly outdated with the sink very loose from the wall and quite a lot of mould in between the tiles on the floor as it is a wet room. The kitchen was well equipped with all utensils. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
