Great location and well priced

Rummet fint och bra, lyhört från trappen, ganska mycket spring i trappen, ligger på bottenvåningen mot gården dock ej i markplan.

Edullinen ja hyvä majapaikka, joka sisälsi kaiken tarvittavan. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava ruoanlaittoon. Sängyissä mukava nukkua. Lasketteluhissit aivan vieressä. Illalla oli mukava löhöillä koko perhe isolla sohvalla. Viestintä omistajan kanssa sujui kaikin puolin mutkattomasti.

The location is very convenient for skiing. It is a nice and good equipped Appartement. Definitely worth to recommend for skiing.

We had a great time staying at Elias’s place.

Toppen att bo så nära liften. En fördel att ha tid att åka ner till lägenheten för äta lunch och ändå hinna ut i backen igen.

Wir haben zu viert in der Wohnung gewohnt und uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt, da die Wohnung sehr sauber war und schön hell war. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut und man kommt zu jeder Uhrzeit gut in die Innenstadt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The accommodation was even better than in the photos. It was a smart home. You could adjust the intensity of the lights, the TV looked like a painting on the wall, stylish accessories everywhere in the apartment. The apartment was very modern, even better equipped than any household. The only thing that surprised us was the microwave, which could only be reached by standing on a chair, because it was too high and we almost couldn't even find the microwave. We used a sofa bed for two and a smaller room with a smaller bed for one person. It was very comfortable to sleep on the sofa. The apartment was close to the metro, shops and McDonald's. We were very satisfied and thank you very much.

Ett mycket fint boende med bekvämligheter. Förutom den fina utsikten så njöt vi av bastubad och skidåkning. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och svarade omgående vid frågor.Lägenheten är ny och omgivningen är en byggplats. Detta var dock inget som störde oss.

spacieux et clair

Jättetrevligt boende, centralt, städat och allmänt fräscht. Värden är mycket vänlig och är bra på att svara snabbt. Rekommenderar.

Le logement est parfaitement situé ! Si vous avez la possibilité de prendre la carte de métro c’est royal. Les stations sont a 5min a pied (2 stations du centre ville, 3 de la gare centrale qui permet de prendre les transports pour l’aéroport). Le reste se fait tout aussi bien a pieds. Le quartier est très sympa. La rue est calme, l’appartement aussi. La salle de bain est toute petite mais cela était mentionné, finalement on s’y adapte. Elias est très réactif, les instructions pour l’arrivée sont claires et précises, l’appartement est facile d’accès. Merci pour ce séjour !

Smidig kommunikation, bra boende, nära backen.

Everything was perfect, Elias was very kind and available. The apartment is nice and functional and very well located, everything’s near. Highly recommended!

We were in Åre to ski as a family, and Kimmo’s place was great:- It’s 50 meters from the slopes, and (if you learn the way) you can ski down right to the rear of the house.- The SkiStar office and bus to other ski areas is just five minutes walk, and the cross-country arena is also quite close. - The place is unpretentious but comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner every night, and good quality appliances.- There is a sauna which is cozy and functional.We would gladly stay here again.

Staying at Elias place was great to explore Stockholm! Mariatorget is surrounded by great restaurants and their place is walking distance from other areas in Södermalm but not only. Perfect location!
