We were an adult family group of 5 visiting our son who lives close by. The flat is very well located close to the bus and metro. It is generously proportioned, and stayed cool during some very hot days. The bathroom is small but the shower is good, and there is a separate toilet. There were a few minor bits of maintenance needed that the owners will address, but the flat was very clean and tidy. The owners are easy to contact and are responsive. We had a lovely holiday there. Thanks for having us!

Nice apartment with a great view and balcony in the afternoon sun. 10 minute (uphill) walk from the town center.

Perfekt boende för två personer, med anslutning till vandringslederna precis runt husknuten och 5-10min (back)promenad ner till Åre torg. Fantastisk utsikt. Smidig incheckning och bra kommunikation. Ett litet minus för den känsliga brandvarnaren som gjorde att vi inte vågade laga någon egen mat, vilket vi gärna hade velat göra.

The place was clean and Elias was very responsive.

It’s a great and a clean place, the host was very nice and responded fast. Transportation system is well-regulated, buses stop 4 min away from the place, easy to get to the city center. I recommend it!:)

We really enjoyed the stay at Olof‘s apartment. Everything was really clean like we have barely seen it before at any other AirBnB. He gives a lot of instructions, but they are easy to follow. We brought bikes and it takes about 30/40 minutes to the city center. With public transport it is about the same.

Really nice place. Clean. Easy Check in. Right next to a fantastic park where kids can splash in a wading pool. Fun restaurant in the park. Easy access to subway for transportation around Stockholm. Highly recommended

Nice small unit in new building in quiet residential area. Short walk to tram that will bring you to subway station and easy to get anywhere in Stockholm from there.

Great quiet place to stay

Enkelt og praktisk sted, med kort vei til Stockholm sentrum. Litt tung luft i leiligheten, mulighet for å lufte- men da hørte man trafikken. Praktisk med gratis parkering. Stedet anbefales!

This is an excellent place to stay in Stockholm, perfectly positioned for enjoying the delights of SoFo (South of Folkungagaten) on Sodermalm - a buzzy neighbourhood full of quirky independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Also convenient for getting to other parts of the city as there is a metro station 5 minutes' walk away.The apartment is spacious, stylish, well-appointed and quiet. We found the double bed most comfortable, despite previous reviews suggesting it to be on the soft side, and the dark curtains are a major advantage during the summer months. The compact kitchen is fine but quite basically equipped - we rustled up a tasty pasta one evening, but best not plan on cooking anything much more elaborate than that!Entry to the apartment block and the flat is by means of a mobile phone app, which worked fine until our final day. We went out for breakfast, only to discover on our return that our access had been cancelled early so we couldn't get in to collect our bags etc. It was a stressful situation, but we managed to contact Elias who arranged fresh access and we made it to the airport in time. Hopefully the same problem won't arise again, but just in case it might be worth double-checking on the app when access is due to expire. Overall, I would warmly recommend this accommodation for your visit to Stockholm.
