Fully recommended apartment and Elias is very kind and helpful!

Great place! Very affordable, clean, and comfortable. A 5 minute walk from a bus stop or bring your own car and park in the giant parking lot. A couple large grocery stores just a stop away. About 30-40 minutes by bus/metro into the center of Stockholm. Kitchen is well equipped (with stove and microwave) and bed is comfortable. Bathroom has everything you need including a washer/dryer. Only negative is that there is no bathroom heater (or any space heater) so water after a shower accumulates on the floor and is slow to dry (not a big deal though just use the floor towel to wipe it up then wash and dry the floor towel). Otherwise everything was fantastic. Olof communicates very well. We recommend this place!

Quartier idéal pour visiter Stockholm, appartement très propre, calme et système de clé virtuelle très efficace. Södermalm est le quartier hipster avec boutiques, bars cools et ambiance calme. Elias répond très vite. Je recommande fortement.

The flat is nice, cosy and clean, everything corresponds to the owner's photos. Quiet location. The most important sights can be reached easily and quickly by public transport, possibly also on foot in about 45 minutes.Shortcoming: bed very narrow for 2 persons. And kitchen not too suitable for cooking more advanced meals.

Very convenient location in the heart of Södermalm. Close proximity to metro and walkable to the Old Town and Östermalm.Clean and perfectly nice little studio apartment very convenient for a short stay in Stockholm.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Kommunikation mit Olof war nett und reibungslos. Die Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher ausgestattet sein.

Great place for extended stay. It is about 40 minutes to the center of the city counting the walking to and from the station. One down side is that sometimes the train to the island do not run late. The place is a great if you are not in a rush to get to the city center. It is also a great place because everything is clean. I recommend only 1-2 people max. It is a small space and not to cooking friendly as there is a fee if the smoke alarm goes off.

Mycket fin lägenhet. Liten men mycket funktionellt inredd. Välutrustat kök. Nära till backarna och liftar. Saknades kontroll till TV:n men gick att styra med knapp baktill på tv:n.

Everything was spot on. The location of the appartment is really nice, bed comfy and clean, and communication worked perfectly.

we greatly enjoyed our time in Stockholm and this clean and well-furnished appartement was perfect for our needs as a family including three generations:- close to public transport (bus and metro)- multiple supermarkets and restaurants- delicious backeries- etc.I can warmly recommand this place.Elias was very kind and communicative. I only regret to not have met with him to have a more personal communication. The presence of a camera device in the living room was disturbing and inappropriate, and Elias simply responded that it was not working and can be removed. We finally simply covered it, but felt unease. I wonder why - if not in function - it hasn’t been removed.

I had an amazing stay. It’s a beautiful and clean apartment in a great location walking distance from city Center. Host was very helpful with everything.

Great location! Furnishing and comfort are sufficient. The host sets a lot of rules but they are mostly reasonable

Super clean and nice apartment complex located just outside of Stockholm. Plenty of bed space to fit 5 people. The Airbnb is located roughly 20-25 minutes from the Royal Palace. Costs about 20 euros for an Uber to get there, so not too bad if you are splitting with some people. Overall great stay.

Staying at Elias and Mary-Ivannas apartment was a good choice, they gave us detailed information about how to reach the apartment and about everything around. The area around the apartment is really cute and with good restaurants and also the walking distance to the city (Gamla Stan) is quite doable ;) Thanks for welcoming us!

Nice place for couple of days, great location. Everything looks like in the pictures, great communication etc. On the cons side there are bad WiFi and this funny toilet + shower combo.
