L'appartamento di Andreas è bellissimo come appare nelle foto, spazioso, piacevole da abitare, completo di tutto ciò che serve e anche qualche optional in più che rende ancora più piacevole il soggiorno.È a 100 m dalla stazione della metro e dei treni e si può raggiungere la stazione metro T-Centralen e quella centrale dei treni in un paio di fermate.Andreas è stato un host molto gentile, preciso nelle indicazioni e molto sollecito nelle risposte.Consiglierò il suo appartamento ai miei amici che vogliono andare a visitare Stoccolma e i dintorni.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gemütlich, sauber, hell und trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Andreas war gut erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet.

Thanks for hosting us! The location is great, a 5-10 minute walk from t-bana, and easy access to shops + restaurants. Your place was a great base to stay, with everything we needed - would definitely stay again! 🙏

Great stay, outside of building was not as nice as the interior. However, the decor was really nice in the apartment. Bathroom was not the best, felt like a hospital bathroom. But for the price, it was good. Very late check in though, would be better if you could check in 1-2pm.

Die Lage in Gamla Stan und der Zugang zur Wohnung per Code waren sehr komfortabel. Jedoch könnte mit ein paar wenigen Handgriffen die Wohnung weiter verbessert bzw. gemütlicher gestaltet werden, bspw. durch Fenstervorhänge. An manchen Stellen befinden sich leider kleine Bohrlöcher in der Wand (unterhalb TV, neben Bett) von ehemals befestigten Wandregalen. Auf den Silikonfugen im Bad (v.a. Dusche und Waschbecken) sind punktuell Schimmel zu sehen. Der Lederstuhl ist stark abgenutzt. Auf dem Teppich auf dem Sofa befinden sich Flecken. Die Randleisten (Fußbodenleisten) wirken dreckig bzw. abgenutzt und verleihen der Wohnung einen etwas unsauberen Gesamteindruck.

I really enjoyed my stay. Apartment is very clean and as it looks in the photos. Five minutes' walk from the Metro station, so is very well situated. It is also very nice and quiet, and the wifii works really well. The host is very communicative. I can certainly recommend this stay.

The stay was amazing! The apartment was clean and very quiet even though a tram depot was beside it. There is also a variety of public transport options. Bus station and tram station within 5 minutes walking distance as well as ferry terminal 10 minutes walk away. Apartment was well equipped the only missing thing was a hair dryer but that wasn't that big deal for us. To sum it up I definitely recommend this accommodation and if I ever go back to Stockholm I will consider staying there again.

Would recommend. The apartment has everything you need. Perfect basecamp to explore Stockholm.
