Everything went super well! Only the way trough the builduing to the apartment was a bit weird: dark hallways and some of the elevators were not working. But Olof send very specific instructions so it was easy to find.

Everything was great. You could tell that Andreas was really keen on making our stay as comfortable as he could. This cozy appartement is only a 5 minute walk away from the train station, so getting to Stockholm was really easy. I would defenitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip there.

Place was great, we enjoyed our stay and were able to walk everywhere and were about a 15 minute walk to the metro. There’s a grocery store right across the street which is perfect and the waterfront is a 2 minute walk.

Die Wohnung war wirklich schön. Das Badezimmer und die Küche sind recht einfach, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut und ich fand es wirklich sehr schön ruhig. Das Haus selber ist nicht so schön und im Hausflur hat es leider recht merkwürdig gerochen während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts, aber die Wohnung selbst ist super schön und es gab nichts auszusetzen.

La localisation est exceptionnelle, à proximité de nombreux commerces et de nombreux centres d’intérêt. L’appartement a le charme de l’ancien, mais tout le confort pour une famille de quatre pour le week-end. La vue sur la place et sur l’eau rendent l’endroit unique. La literie est bonne, y compris dans le salon, où le lit n’est pas un canapé lit mais un vrai lit double. Les échanges avec Frederik et l’arrivée ont été simples, mais attention toutefois le taxi ne peut pas accéder à la rue à cause des travaux, et que les 3 étages sont un peu rudes avec des valises. Je recommanderais l’endroit à des amis sans hésiter !

The location is as good as it gets! Close to so many great restaurants and bakeries. Very pleasant atmosphere in this neighborhood.The apartment itself is extremely sterile and impersonal. Like a place someone moved out of, leaving behind very little for use or comfort. The kitchen offers limited possibilities for use (limited utensils and no basics).The entire bathroom floor gets wet when you shower and the bathroom itself has a strong moldy drain smell.The wooden floors could use a good mopping with green soap.That said, we hope the apartment was recently acquired for rental and will be upgraded. The service was very good and quite responsive.
