Het verblijf is prima in een nette buitenwijk. Het binnenkomen is even een uitdaging. Vooral omdat de gang erg donker is. Het appartement is netjes en schoon al is de keuken en badkamer gedateerd. Het kleine balkon is een fijne bonus!De communicatie loopt via een automatisch systeem. Hierdoor kreeg ik elke dag, tot vervelens toe, dezelfde mail met de (vele) huisregels.

I had a pleasant stay in this room, basic apartment, good for a week. Would recommend for a short stay.

The location is perfect. It is very close to the tram station (close enough to walk). It is very easy to reach the city center. There are tracking area just near the apartment. The neighbourhood is quit peaceful. Apartment inside and outside was very clean.Andreas was very friendly, helpful. He always responded quickly. He tried to help.There is a train repair station just next to our apartment. The windows are soundproof butwe needed to open the window due to hot weather so it was unfortunate for us because we woke up train noise. Otherwise, when the windows closed it is not a deal breaker situation. As a result, it is very nice place to stay.
