Apartamento genial! La ubicaciones es inmejorable. Espacio amplio y limpio.Fácil y rápida comunicacion con Fredrik. El único punto negativo es el ruido del exterior, proviene de un ventilador/extractor de algún bar de la calle. Se escucha durante todo el día (bastante alto) pero por la noche es muy molesto, nos costó muchísimo dormir.Excepto esto, todo el resto perfecto.

Staying in Old Town Stockholm was a great experience. Not only did we get to be part of the living history there, by living in a house built in the 1600’s, the location is perfect. Everything is walkable, there are shops and restaurants steps away, not to mention the Royal Castle and numerous other tourist attractions, as well as a small grocery store. Trains and buses are nearby for destinations further away, and tickets are easily managed with the downloadable SL app. Check-in was a little cumbersome with 4 coded locks to get through, but once we had the keys, everything else was a breeze. The apartment itself was amazing, blending modern amenities with the rustic foundation of the building. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, it was peaceful and quiet inside and quiet hours were observed. All in all, I highly recomnend this place.

We stayed with 4 persons in the apartment for three nights. It was easy to find, and the neighborhood was very cozy and vibrant. The flexible check-in was also nice, because we arrived at 01:00 at the apartment, due to a late flight. There were nice restaurants and bars nearby. The metro was within walking distance (<10min). Good place to discover Stockholm!

L’appartement est très propre et agréable, le quartier est bien décrit comme dans l’annonce. Les lits sont confortables. Point positif. Il y a une piscine gratuite juste à côté. L’équipement de la cuisine est un peu juste et est fait pour quatre personnes alors que c’est un loft de cinq personnes et il n’y avait pas de décoration, de table et chaises extérieures comme sur la photo. L’appartement est quand même bien pratique avec une vue sympa sur le port.

Host impeccabile, sempre attento sia prima che durante e dopo il soggiorno, alloggio in perfetto stato, pulito ed accogliente, la zona è tranquilla ed è accessibile con qualsiasi mezzo, i bus ed i tram si trovano a poca distanza, in meno di 5 min siete in centro città. Lo consiglio vivamente.
