Lovely location, cute apartment with a very comfortable double bed. Olof was very responsive and helped out with a couple of things that were broken. The kitchen could have been a little bit better equipped but overall the stay was good.

Vi stannade i två nätter på platsen. Platsen har ett utmärkt läge. Fantastisk utsikt från fönstret, kunde se hela vattenkroppen. Vacker plats att gå runt och utforska med närliggande vandringsled. Att hitta nyckellåset är lite knepigt annars utmärkt ställe rekommenderas...!!

Die Wohnung ist pragmatisch- praktisch eingerichtet und hat alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Ein paar wohnliche Details könnten ergänzt werden, um es gemütlich zu machen. Die Schlafetage oben im Apartment ist recht warm und nicht so leicht zu lüften. Klimaanlage bei Bedarf vorhanden. Anreise mit Auto unproblematisch, da großer Parkplatz vor der Tür. Bei Anreise mit Zug/Straßenbahn muss man ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg einkalkulieren (für viel Gepäck weniger geeignet).Die Umgebung ist sehr interessant, da noch im Entstehen. Der Häuserkomplex liegt am Hafen neben einem Jubiläumsprojekt der Stadt zur Neugestaltung des Hafengebiets. Es gibt verschiedene schöne Spielplätze für Kinder, eine tolle Minigolf Anlage, Campingtische, drei verschiedene Schwimmbecken, Segeln für Anfänger in kleinen Mini-Booten und die Jubiläums-Sauna ist aktuell zwar geschlossen, wird aber für Dauernutzung renoviert. 10 Minuten fußläufig erreicht man einen großen Einkaufskomplex.

We had a very good experience. The location is ideal for experiencing Stockholm. It is very central with many sites and great restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to public transportation and ferries. The place itself is clean, simple and practical. It is not fancy, but somehow it felt like home. Fredrick’s communication was excellent and he was very responsive to some questions we had. The only issue we had was occasional late night noise. The square below the windows is busy during the day, but relatively quiet at night. However, two of the six nights a neighbor in the building was very loud at odd hours. This did not detract from an otherwise wonderful experience.

Erg mooi appartement, waar alles aanwezig is! Ook vlakbij de tramhalte en halte voor de boot, waardoor je makkelijk in de stad kon komen. Ligging ook erg mooi, vlakbij het water (als je het niet erg vindt om een stukje naar de stad te moeten reizen)

Toppen! Nära till buss och spårvagn.

Chic and calm apartment at the seaside. Very clean and full equipped. Public transportation is not very close, but accessible.
