Beautiful view, very much light, kitchen well equipped, close to public transportation, close to water and swimming places.No possibility to darken the room in summer nights, the white blinds are not enough. There is a small lift and many stairs in front of the house, so not easy with little children in a stroller.

Perfect place if you want a room with high standard, possibility to cook, wash laundry and easy to reach with car. The house is placed close to a road with traffic so it can be noisy when you have the window opened.
