Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Al check in non abbiamo trovato parcheggio fuori dal residence ed abbiamo parcheggiato solo la notte davanti e vicino all’entrata e tutto ok. Grazie per la bell’appartamento funzionale!

Agréable appartement, bien desservi par les transports en commun (tram, bus). on sent que cet appartement est un investissement, il y a le minimum mais rien de plus. Pas d'huile, vinaigre, lessive, aspirateur, serpillière, pas trop de papier toilette, pas de poêle récente (à changer par le propriétaire), un tv qui est branchée et qui n'est pas utilisable, pas de tri selectif, pas de taies d'oreillers supplémentaires....ce sont des petits riens mais quand on vient une semaine, on a envie de cuisiner, de nettoyer l'appartement...Peu mieux faire, mais déjà bien dans l'ensemble

Trevlig lägenhet. Större än vad bilderna visar. Vi hade bordsfläktar med oss vilket vi i efterhand va väldigt tacksamma för. Lägenheten blev väldigt varm. Rent och snyggt.

Preciosos apartamento. Super recomendado. Superlimpio. La mejor ubicacion de Stokolmo. Cerca de todo y muy cuidado el barrio de Sodermalm!!!Buena comunicacion con Elias. Repetiria sin duda!!!!!

A very nice flat for a large group. However, if some people need to sleep in the living room (as we did) be aware that the floor makes a loud cracking noise that might wake up those with a lighter sleep when other people come in later at night or go to the toilet in the middle of the night. (Hear plugs should help!)

This tight and tidy place is right in the middle of all of Stockholm's action whether walking, biking or using public transit. Check out Glenn Miller's Cafe if you're looking for a night of intimate jazz w all the mussels, escargot and drinks as you please.

A lovely apartment conveniently located to main city areas as well as to local parks and a grocery. The space is beautifully decorated, provided any needed amenities including to cook meals, and was a very refreshing place for our group to relax and visit, either indoors or on the patio. Thank you to our wonderful and responsive hosts!
