The apartment is in a great location with assess to many restaurants, bars and cool shopping. Also close to subway and bus transport to anywhere including Gamla Stan Old City and museums. A few items to consider - while the location is ideal there is a nice local bar just below at street level that creates a lot of noise from party patrons in groups as they are leaving up to 1am most nights. The street is certainly not the owners fault of course but need to mention. Would be especially concerning if needed to have windows open as this apartment is on 1st floor. Also limit of towels and bed linens unless you pay for those as an add on. As we stayed 2 weeks (visiting family nearby) this seems like a fresh set should be a part of the pricing. Communication with Elias was fine. Seems more of a short term rental location.

Quick and clean but NO WIFI! There’s sort of a connection but it’s terrible and sometimes doesn’t even show up or get you anything even when you do connect. Is it really that hard to install an extender or something?

Elias' place is in a great location but very small. We largely just used it as a place to sleep as we were out all day which was fine. The bathroom is tiny and quite hard to shower in. Quite expensive for what it is but Stockholm is expensive generally. Would recommend if you just need somewhere to sleep for a day or two, not sure it would be appropriate for a long stay or if you're planning to actually spend time in the flat.
