Etwas sterile, dafür aber zweckmäßig ausgestattete Wohnung, durch das praktische Schrankbett gut geeignet für drei Personen. Innenstadt mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze vor dem Haus, die Straße ist tagsüber ziemlich laut, aber nachts auch bei offenem Fenster ok.

Super Unterkunft! Stockholm Innenstadt leicht und schnell mit der Fähre erreichbar, fantastisch! Nur weiterzuempfehlen

Andreas es un anfitrión muy atento. El alojamiento está bien ubicado, se llega bastante rápido al centro en taxi o en ferry. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Repetiría sin duda. 🇪🇸

Nette schlichte Unterkunft mit kleiner Küche (Wasserkocher, Filterkaffeemaschine, herdplatte,..). Das Bett ist eher weich - für mich sehr angenehm, meinem Partner war es zu weich. Perfektes Zimmer für einen kurzen städtetripp!

Schönes Appartement, alles wie beschrieben. Lage Wohngebiet aber toll mit SL Fähre 80 angebunden und 55 Bus RTG Tanto.. würden wir jederzeit weiter empfehlen..

El sitio responde a las fotos del anuncio. Todo limpio y cuidado.La comunicación con el centro es mejor por tranvía, que llega muy rápido hasta el metro. Y por supuesto la conexión por barco, muy encantadora, aunque tarda 50 minutos.Lo que no me gustó mucho fue el colchón, de calidad regular que se doblaba hacia el centro.Y muy incomodo tener que estar hirviendo agua por la presencia de una bacteria. En el ascensor, había un papel pegado, donde hablaba de una bacteria encontrada en el agua de la zona, que no era especialmente dañina para la salud. Sin embargo Andreas, o el asistente virtual, mejor dicho, me recomendó comprar agua embotellada

Great small studio with a somewhat decent location. The walk to the two stations of the metro where the studio is located in the middle of is approximately 10 mins. The studio is definitely a good bang for your buck. Some things to notice are the very cheap quality of things, almost lack of lighting, the extremely small waterheater and the somewhat outdated furnishings. As mentioned in other reviews communication with the host is like talking to a bot (which it probably is) and all the extra pre check-in forms and documentation seems a little much. Overall good experience, especially for people with a lot of experience traveling.

Fie Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss in einem Appartementhaus und genau ausgestattet, wie beschrieben. Sogar ein kleiner Wasserblick und die U Bahn ist gut zu erreichen

Beliggenheden var intet mindre end fantastisk. Centralt i Gamla Stan, tæt på gode restauranter, søde små butikker og spændende gader og stræder - og væk fra de allermest turistfyldte gader.Som Airbnb vært i 10 år er det altid en fornøjelse og til stor inspiration at komme ud og besøge andre Airbnb lejligheder og hjem og få en fornemmelse af de valg der er taget for at gøre opholdet så godt som muligt.Lejligheden er indrettet med funktionelle og gode møbler og fuldt udstyret med alt fra højstole til yogamåtter og espressomaskine. Det er på det punkt en dejlig oplevelse af være i lejligheden. Alle flueben er tjekket af, det er enkelt og funktionelt og lejlighedens beliggenhed og ejendommen fra 1697 er med til at give sjæl og charme.Vi ankom tidligt og rejste sent, så vi var lidt låste i forhold til vores bagage. Elias anbefalede en lokal tjeneste, hvor en butiksindehaver opbevarede vores tasker. Smart og enkelt. Vi giver med glæde vores varmeste anbefaling.

Ik verbleef 4 nachten in deze studio in Augustus. Het was een aangenaam verblijf, de studio is klein maar volledig uitgerust voor een verblijf van een of twee personen en heeft de mogelijkheid voor het bereiden van maaltijden. De locatie is geweldig, vlakbij de uitgaansgelegenheden van het bruisende Södermalm en dicht bij het oude centrum van Stockholm. De locatie is goed te bereiken met het openbaar vervoer. De enige minpunten zijn de wat krappe badkamer en keuken maar dit was voor mij verder geen probleem.

The apartment is nice and like in the description, small for 4 people but acceptable for that price. The location suited us perfectly, and the bus stop right next to the apartment makes it easy to reach the centre. Kitchen appliances a bit disappointing (limited pots, knives, missing plate for 4th person) especially that the possibility of cooking is often what makes people choose AirBnb over hotels. The bathroom was not the cleanest (with some mold) and the sofabed quite uncomfortable unfortunately. After all it’s good for the money, but with little effort can be even better

Gorgeous place! Really stunning. Lots of space, beautiful view, and well placed near a T stop which makes getting around a breeze. We had to wait for an hour after check in because the cleaner wasn't finished. :( They let us put our luggage in the apartment though which was good!Interfacing with GuestIt (the third party who handles the rental) was a bit less than convenient at times. You have to sign a contract with them outside of Airbnb, and they asked for my personal ID which I think is against Airbnb policy unless it's required by the building security itself? I could be wrong though. Once I let them know I was semi-uncomfy with this and my profile is already verified by Airbnb, they waived this, so they were agreeableYou’re definitely speaking with a company (representing the homeowner) in lieu of the homeowner themselves. Not a huge issue if you're patient with the aforementioned delays/requests, and like I said, the space is lovely luxurious so it was worth it. :)

We loved staying in an area surrounded by people walking and biking everywhere. Wonderful restaurants and cafes!

The apartment is in an amazing location and had all the conveniences needed for a short stay.

We, a family of 3, had a great week in the apartment. Everything was clean and as described. The kitchen has a lot of kitchenware, so cooking for the family is easy. The location of the apartment is perfect with only 10 minutes to the metro station Kristineberg and very near to the water. A self-service Kajak rental station is 30 min by walking. On south side, there is a balcony with great view on the water. You can hear the traffic on the bridge to Lilla Essingen, so we kept the door to the balcony closed during night. The sleeping room is directed to north, it is quiet during the night.Andreas responded quickly to inquiries and the check-in and check-out was simple. We can definitely recommend a stay.

Locatie is op loop afstand van de trein, Stockholm is vandaar binnen 10 minuten te bereiken.De supermarkt is ca 5 minuten lopen en daarom iedere dag vers brood voor het ontbijt.Leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand.Kortom een aanrader als je Stockholm wilt bezoeken.

The apartment is a lovely place and perfectly located. It is on a busy, but not too busy street in Gamla Stan. This allows you to feel a level of 'buzziness' without getting too loud. All of central Stockholm (Soderhalm, Osterhalm, downtown, 'museum island') is an easy walk. The apartment is on the 3rd floor in a circa 1600 building. So, no elevators and somewhat steep circular stone stairs. The apartment has two levels. The bottom level is half the size of the top level and consists of a foyer, 3/4 bathroom (no tub), two small bedrooms (about the size of the bed and a nightstand), and a larger room between the two bedrooms (it seems to be used as an office). There is some shelving and rack to store clothes in the larger room. Both bedrooms face the street.The top level consists of a back bedroom, a dining room / den (has a fireplace), a eat-in kitchen, a living room, a small loft above the living room (just big enough for a bed), and another bedroom facing the street.
