We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in de studio. De communicatie met Olof verliep heel goed. Hij reageert snel! De instructies en mail die je een dag voor aankomst ontvangt is duidelijk. De studio is schoon en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook de badkamer was prima met een heerlijke douche. Handig dat er ook een wasmachine/droger combinatie aanwezig is om handdoeken te wassen. De studio lag op een mooie locatie. Binnen een half uur ben je in het centrum van Stockholm. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf gehad!

El apartamento está bien ubicado, en una zona con restaurantes y cafés, tener en cuenta que es un tercer piso por escalera y leer bien el aviso no tiene wifi, yo no me di cuenta, por otro lado el baño es incómodo y pequeño y la cocina también es pequeña y poco equipada solo para un par de días. Tiene la mesa del comedor pegada con cintas está suelta, solo para una estadía muy corta.

Our small family of 3 had an amazing time in Stockholm staying in Elias's apartment! The location is truly perfect, surrounded by so many shops and restaurants. It's close to the t-bana, so it is very easy to explore other parts of Stockholm as well. Honestly, during our entire week's stay, we kept saying how much we loved our neighborhood. The building is very nice, with a charming lift! When we arrived at the apartment, we found it to look exactly like the photos on airbnb. I had read about the shower (hand-held shower head) in the other reviews, so we were prepared. It was fine, and actually the water pressure is excellent! It's not hard to figure out how to hold the shower head so that the rest of the bathroom stays dry. We loved the floor heater and the towel heater in the bathroom. We were only 3 people, so the apartment was very roomy and comfortable for us. The huge sofa was so cozy! Elias was very attentive and responsive to all of our many demands (sorry Elias!) -- for extra towels, garbage bags, ironing board, etc. Whatever we asked for magically appeared by our door!! I forgot to mention that Elias also let us store our luggage in the apartment before check-in, which was so appreciated! Thank you Elias! We had a wonderful vacation and fell in love with Stockholm!!

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and it is located perfectly, especially if you come to stockholm by car.

Sehr schönes Apartment, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Alles vorhanden. Kommunikation und Check-in reibungslos. Bequemes Bett. Mehrere Supermärkte (auch sonntags und bis spätabends geöffnet) in der Nähe, auch sonstige Geschäfte vorhanden. Sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Leider ein großes Aber: Wir waren 9 Tage dort. Dass die Straße ruhig ist, wie im Inserat geschrieben, trifft zumindest abends ab 19 Uhr nicht zu. Im Nebenhaus ist eine Bar (schräg unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster im 1. Obergeschoss) mit Außenbereich (geöffnet bis 1.00 Uhr), und tagtäglich, nicht nur am Wochenende, ziehen Hunderte (das ist nicht übertrieben) im Laufe des Abends lautstark Richtung Barviertel zwei Querstraßen weiter und nachts wieder zurück. Es folgen gegen 3 Uhr mehrfach Fahrten der Straßenreinigung und dann Müllabfuhr. Es ist sehr laut. Fensteröffnen nachts ist nicht möglich. Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern sind Ohrstöpsel erforderlich. Dafür kann der Vermieter nichts; aber man sollte es wissen. Die Wohnung selber verdient 5 Sterne.

Such a nice place, lovely decorated and very clean. Great area with plenty restaurants, bars, bakery. Elias is a very pleasant host and communication was very good. We really a great family time!

Emplacement idéal au sud de Gamla Stan, l’appartement est situé au 3ème étage d’un immeuble ancien dans la vieille ville. Malgré le charme de l’ancien ce dernier aurait besoin de quelques améliorations. Les fauteuils et la table de la salle à manger sont fatigués (propreté des fauteuils en tissu), le robinet de la cuisine tient par l’opération du Saint Esprit, le store de la fenêtre de la cuisine avait rendu l’âme avant notre arrivée et diverses bricoles plus ou moins en bon état. Bien que nous ayons essentiellement pris nos repas à l’extérieur la cuisine est correctement équipée. Mis à part ces quelques défauts, l’appartement est assez calme le soir venu et vous disposez d’un grand nombre de restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Abbiamo apprezzato l'atmosfera e le caratteristiche di un appartamento storico con le vecchie stufe e la sua posizione con la vista su una delle piazzette della vecchia città.Fredrick è stato molto preciso e puntuale nelle operazioni di check in e check out. Consiglio vivamente l'esperienza!

The apartment in the heart of Södermalm is wonderful and well-equipped. I especially liked the location and I appreciated the good communication with the host Elias.

Für einen Aufenthalt in Stockholm günstig gelegene und sehr ordentliche Unterkunft nicht weit weg von der U Bahn.Man hört die nahe Straße wenn man zum Schlafen die Fenster offen hat. Dies sollte man wissen wenn man da empfindlich ist.

l'appartement à 4 était confortable, la vue de l'appartementest magnifique sur les toits, appartement très calme. l'emplacement est parfait ! très propre.

Todo muy muy bien ! Como en casa , ubicación inmejorable , a un paso del ferry que lleva a la isla donde están todos los museos y en pleno centro , en Gamla Stan .Desde luego para volver !Los peques dicen que han disfrutado muchísimo en casa de Olof !!!
