Fabulous location in a beautiful, funky, central neighborhood of Stockholm admist great restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment has lots of light and is facing an interior, pleasant and very “Stockholm” looking, outdoor area. The apartment is quiet for sleeping, with comfortable beds and nice linens. We were four adults and fit well in the two bedrooms, with one person on the sofa bed. The kitchen is a practical size with all the basics. We didn’t do any real cooking but had the utensils and equipment to make a good sized breakfast/brunch. All the appliances worked well and the bathroom is large with great water power. We come to Stockholm often and would definitely stay here again.

A perfect studio, clean and with everything needed at hand. We were 4 adult girls with 2 in the opened sofa bed and 2 in the double bed. This would be too small for people who would intend to eat and spend time in the studio but as we were visiting all day and were eating at restaurants it was perfectly confortable. We walked to the city center every morning and every evening. There is a delicious bakery at a short distance. Very convenient location in a quiet and posh area of Stockholm. For people with a small budget that look for quality, the studio has an ideal value. The shelf check-in and check-out was easy and the doors lock with codes. I definitely recommend and would book it again.

Stockholm is a great capital to live in.

Really cute spot in a really great location! This spot was in the heart of a lot of great shops/restaurants and transportation. The unit was very clean and the natural light was nice to experience once awake. The attic space had some great character and the elevator in the building was a lot of fun to use. Only downsides would be that I’m 5’3” and the bathroom was a little tight even for me. The water pressure was quite light and the bathroom light appeared to be out. The bedding appeared to be two sets of twin shits combined to be used for a full sized bed, not full sheets. Need to provide wash clothes too. The bed is directly under the window which is great during the day for reading, but shines right on your eyes at 6 in the morning. Blackout curtains or moving the bed to the center of the room would be an easy fix to making this place better. I guess blackout curtains are pretty standard in Sweden when talking to other people. The walls are thinner in this building, since it’s older. This was great for character, but not so great for sound control. You can hear the lift moving up and down. I also woke up multiple times to other units being vacuumed closer to 7:00. Lastly, construction was taking place below in the courtyard and the sound of stone being cut began promptly at 8:00 am in the morning. For someone with jet-lag, sleep (when you can get it) was relevant. Maybe this was just an oddly noisy and bright time to visit! Outside of the sound issues, this space fit my needs.

El piso es pequeño pero muy cómodo para dos personas, con unas vistas estupendas del lago y en una zona residencial muy silenciosa. El balcón es estupendo para desayunar por las mañanas.Aunque parezca estar retirado el metro queda a 5 minutos y llegas rápido al centro, andando es un paseo un poco largo pero agradable.Una opción de alojamiento muy recomendable.

This was a great place to be based to visit Stockholm and the amenities were very thoughtful (ability to do laundry, cook, computer, etc.). The location in Stockholm is unbeatable and apartment is largely as described. Be aware that since the apartment is on the uppermost level of the building it can get warm in the height of summer.

Frederik's apartment was light-filled and spacious in a beautiful residential neighborhood in Stockholm. It was quiet, safe, and a short walk to a row of great shops and restaurants. It had every daily necessity and the two of us were super comfortable staying for just about a week. If you're staying here, head across the street to get a sausage from Gunter's stand, walk 5 minutes to Lillebrors Bagery for cardamom buns and coffee, and get a glass of natural wine with small plates at Nektar Mat & Vin. We spent most of our days exploring other parts of town and to get there we usually used a scooter share app (we used Lime most often but there are many brands available) and called Ubers on rare occasions. There's a bus that comes right down the street but we preferred taking scooters so we could see the city better! This location was very quiet at night and felt super residential, so it made us feel like we were locals during our stay. I'd recommend staying here for your first visit to Stockholm if you're willing to hop on a scooter or bike to explore.

Comfy clean bed and spotless bathroom with a solid shower. Small fridge. Good wifi. Didn’t use the stove. The space is tight (as the other reviews said) but it was good for a solo traveller like I was.Location-wise, it’s near a subway station so it was super easy to get downtown to the main spots or to the central train station. At the same time, there are lots of cafes, restaurants and amenities in the neighborhood.

A beautiful, well decorated appartment in the heart of Gamla Stan, very comfortable and well located to explore Stockholm and surroundings. Connections to metro and commuter boats (SL) to Djurgarden at walking distance. For a family of four, it was compact but spacious enough. The kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare some meals in the evenings and have breakfast in the mornings. We appreciated the box of toys for our children and the washer and dryer came in very handy. Would recommend it highly to travellers who like to be in the centre of all hustle and bustle of beautiful Gamla Stan.

The stay in Olof's apartment was very pleasant. The communication went smoothly, the accommodation was very clean and had everything needed.

Vi hade några toppen dagar i Åre. Lägenheten var jätte fin och modern, med en fantastisk utsikt från balkongen.

It’s a nice flat. And Stockholm is a great city. We enjoyed our visit very much.

Great place, fantastically located. Andreas’ apartment was spotless and exactly as described.

We needed a place for two of us in the team to stay off-season in Åre and at the price we had this place is a real find. Great shower, soft beds, and a TV pre-stocked with content. The bedrooms are really just for sleeping but otherwise this is a great little apartment for the price.

The location on AirBnB is not correct, but the description states the correct address. I stayed during the biking season, this location is not the closest to the city centre, but it is very close to the slopes, there is a connection path (so you don’t need to pedal up neither when going to the slopes nor when coming from them).

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit prima Zug- Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Perfekte und schnelle Kommunikation mit Andreas. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Schöne kleine Wohnung. Perfekte Lage für einen Aufenthalt in Stockholm. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

A great location in Åre, up in the old part with beautiful views. The terrace is a lovely way to spend an evening after a day out. If you don't have a car, be prepared to walk uphill for a while, especially with groceries. Also note that this listing is for two properties, but you can rent each out individually. Would recommend to do both for privacy's sake if you can, however.
