we resided at this place for three nights. Due to the accurate checking in instructions we got in very easily at 1 am. The whole apartment was clean and spotless and we had everything we needed. facilities in the kitchen were OK except the electrical issue with tow burners of 4-burner stove which caused the main power cutting off, and we reported this issue to Olof.

Çok temiz ve güzel bir ortamdı , yakınlarında market olması çok iyi oldu. Trenle gelenler içinde , istasyona çok yakın olmadı güzel bir alternatif. Biz sadece ocağı çalıştırma konusunda sorun yaşadık , Biz sorunu çözmek istemediğimizde ev sahibi bize kullanım talimatı gönderdi, ama ocak hiçbir şekilde çalışmadı. Bende daha fazla uğraşmadım ve dışarıda yemek işlerimizi çözdüm , ama ev sahibi ile uzun süreli iletişim kurduğunuz da çözülebilir belki.

Really great location, the studio is small but really well designed so everything fits and was wonderful to have a kitchen. We did find it very warm inside due to the lack of air conditioning but we happened to be there during one of the hottest weeks of summer so assume this wouldn’t usually be a problem!

Just like in the pictures. The building is a hospital, which was weird first. The place was just like the photos. Comfy bed and more then enough pillows etc. No basic ingredients in the kitchen but equipment yes. A grocery store in other other side of the street was a plus. 2min walk to the sea side walk. There were some issues during the stay, but they were handled well, communication was quick and I got a compensation.

Great place to stay, easy access to public transport (tram and ferry). I think would be better in the winter as it is located right next to the tracks so less noise if all the doors are closed. Now in the summer it was nice to open up all the doors but the tracks were incredibly noisy and too hot to close all the doors while sleeping.Other than that it was a great place, you get exactly what is described.

The flat was clean, well organised and the host was a good communicator. The location, while not in the city centre - instead in a quiet neighbourhood, offered not only various means of transport at a walking distance to get there in about twenty to thirty minutes, but also different restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores right downstairs. Be aware that the flat was built in the building’s attic and it may feel scorching at first in the hottest summer days, when temperatures reach 25 and above, so I recommend turning and keeping the air conditioner on from the moment you check in.

This place is great if you don't mind being a bit outside the center of the city. The actual unit is clean and looks like what's represented in the photos. And Andreas was very helpful and communicative. Recommended.

Lovely little spot! Clean, quiet and in a good location with supermarkets, stores and restaurants in walking distance. Olof was a great host and was very responsive when the buildings key code stoped working. If you’re traveling in the summer make sure you bring eye covers as the sun rises by 3am and the blinds aren’t dark enough to sleep through. The second room also doesn’t have any closet or hanging/floor space so plan accordingly.

Logement extrêmement bien placé à proximité de deux bus qui desservent le centre ville, très beau cadre à proximité de l’eau. Très bonne qualité du mobilier et de l’équipement sur place. Très fonctionnel. À l’arrivée le ménage n’avait pas été effectué, Impossible de joindre le loueur par tel, nous lui avons écrit. Il a immédiatement répondu qu’il pouvait y avoir du retard, mais qu’il serait effectué rapidement et que nous pouvions laisser nos bagages le temps du ménage. La femme de ménage est arrivée entre temps, elle ne parlait pas du tout anglais ni suédois, mais avait une application sur son téléphone pour communiquer. Plutôt surprenant, mais cela a bien fonctionné. Elle nous a dit qu’il lui faudrait 1h. Nous en avons donc profité pour nous promener. Entre rentrant, tout était propre et en ordre.Nous avons été surpris de voir que du personnel etait entré en notre absence durant notre séjour et sans que nous en soyons avertis, on a trouvé une balayette qui n’était pas la au début.

Апартаменты расположены в тихом, но очень живописном месте, мы устали после перелета с мужем и не хотели ехать в центр после заселения, поэтому пошли гулять вокруг и были впечатлены видами с острова и местной архитектурой. В центр очень удобно добираться на автобусе и на пароме, который ходит каждые 20 минут как городской транспорт. Заселение бесконтактное, нам дали четкие инструкции с фото, все было предельно ясно, но при заселении входную дверь заклинило и мой муж весом 100 кг ее не мог открыть. Мне ответили очень быстро по поводу проблемы и готовы были ее решить за 5 минут, но дверь открылось. Комната достаточно темная, прохладная, но безумно атмосферная! Подсветка стен восхитительная! В помещении чисто, вся мебель в идеальном состоянии, на кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи и уборки после себя. Было бы здорово, чтобы в квартире было также масло для жарки и шампунь, а в шкафу для одежды не было бы коробок с техникой.
