Appartamento situato in una zona residenziale e tranquilla di Stoccolma. Metro a pochi minuti a piedi, da cui potersi spostare per la visita della città. Regole della casa chiare, sia al check in che al check out. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, consigliato per chi visita la città per motivi di lavoro o turistici, ma é bene osservare le ore di silenzio imposte dal regolamento della casa e dallo stile di vita delle persone che abitano nello stesso palazzo, molto silenzioso durante tutto l’arco della giornata.

Het appartement is mooi, schoon en zeer compleet ingericht.Wij hebben met name genoten van het uitzicht over het water.Er is een prima verbinding met de metro en er zijn een buurtsuper en verschillende restaurantjes in de buurt.

Schönes Appartement, grosse helle Zimmer, ordentliche Betten. Sauber. Und gut mit Bus und Bahn zu erreichen. Viel Grün drumherum. Kein TV und eine Tür klemmt ( GästeBad) . Schöne Küche . Super Aufenthalt !

We really enjoyed our stay. Even after starting off a little uneasy. (We were told we'd have to wait a little longer than the stated check in time because they were still cleaning; we were offered to drop off bags in the meantime...sadly this was all after being told a late check out would cost extra). Regardless of this, the stay was great. We found the full sized bed comfortable enough. Everything we needed was in the apartment. While it was a bit warm our first day, opening the windows helped cool us during the evening. I slept comfortably with a sleeping mask and ear plugs, while my wife was fine without either. While there was some street noise from opening the windows, once they are shut, there is complete silence. Wifi was fast and TV kept us entertained when staying in. There are several great restaurants, grocery stores, and a Metro station all within a short walk. I did however wished I prepared for the cobblestone roads and hills that are all over Stockholm!

ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. host molto reattivo ed efficiente: non era previsto un phon nell'appartamento, gliel'ho chiesto e al nostro arrivo ce n'era uno ottimo.dintorni tranquilli e panoramici; molto ben collegata coi mezzi pubblici al centro. casa luminosa e ordinata, piena di spazi, molti elettrodomestici. dettagli negativi: mancava la porta alla doccia, non avevamo capito dall'annuncio che in 2 bagni c'è una sola toilette, il soffione della doccia non restava in posizione, un lavandino era un po' intasato. MA ammetto di non aver comunicato questi disagi all'host per mia pigrizia, non escludo che potesse risolverli.complessivamente soggiorno molto buono.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb – close to the center in a beautiful part of Södermalm, a clean and modern apartment we felt very comfortable in. The bus stop directly next to the building was a great benefit too. We missed a power outlet on both sides of the bed and some kind of night stand, but other than that, everything was more than fine. Loved the little balcony too!

La casa di Olof è stata perfetta, posizionata al 4 piano con doppia esposizione e un balconcino dove gustare il caffè. Gli ambienti sono ampi e confortevoli, bagno spazioso, comodo e ben fornito. Il quartiere è molto piacevole con tanti locali e caffè, parchi pubblici ben attrezzati, ben servito dai mezzi pubblici e da servizi (supermercati, negozi). Abbiamo preferito muoverci a piedi per godere meglio l'atmosfera della città. Super consigliato!

Wir waren zu dritt für 5 Nächte über Midsommar da. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, sauberen Wohngegend, aber ganz nah an Bussen und der U Bahn Näckrosen, die übrigens wunderschön ist. Es gibt 2 Supermärkte mit guten Öffnungszeiten in der Nähe (Ica und Coop).Die Anbindung ist hervorragend. Das Haus selbst ist ruhig und auch in der Wohnung ist es gut schallisoliert.Das Schlafsofa ist bequem und fest, das Doppelbett weicher.Leider sind die schönen Küchenschränke ziemlich leer, die Ausstattung ist hier spartanisch. Es fehlen Kochutensilien wie große Schüsseln, Messbecher, Reibe, Zitruspresse, Gewürze, Kanne etc. Auch ein Toaster fehlt.Probleme bereitete auch das Türschloss, das sehr schwer zu handhaben war. Und es fehlte auch ein kleiner Mülleimer im Bad.Leider war es nicht möglich, dass Gepäck bei unserer Abreise noch etwas länger in der Wohnung zu lassen. Die empfohlenen Schließfächer waren extrem teuer, 69 SEK / Stunde! Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub genossen!

Perfect base for 3-day visit to Stockholm, bus stops and ferries near-by, very good restaurants in the neighbourhood, supermarket just across the street. Quite neighbourhood and still very close to Stockholm’s major attractions. We would come again!

Strøken leilighet med gåavstand til sentrum! Leiligheten var mye større en vi trodde og hadde alt for korte og lange opphold! Vil absolutt anbefale å bo her neste gang man er i åre, for det kommer vi til å gjøre!

Hyvä sijainti lähellä ravintoloita. Helppo yhteys lautalla keskustaan. Siisti ja rauhallinen asunto. Huonekalut uudenveroisia. Majoittaja lähettää tärkeät asiat automaattiviesteillä, ei henkilökohtaista viestintää.

Everything was really nice and super comfortable stay. Checkin was super easy and Olof is very easy to reach and had easy communication with him. Everything was clean and neat. Kitchen was also clean with all the facilities but didn’t have kitchen papers. But not a big issue. Overall I would recommend other this place as it’s really comfortable and place is easily reachable to all the destinations in the city.

It’s a really lovely place to live.

Beautiful place, and nice accommodation. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

We hade a pleasant stay for a couple of days with kids. Convenient location. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed. Excellent with bed linen and towels included.

Prisvärt, rent och bra värd!

Die vorhandene Küche ist schon sehr einfach, aber kann kochen, schick sieht anders aus. Das Treppenhaus was man nutzen muss, da permanent defekt ist schlecht Beleuchtet. Die Nische mit dem Bett ist nur etwas für schlanke Menschen, wir hatten zum Glück kein Problem ins Bett zu kommen aber es ist Vorsicht geboten wegen der Enge.Alles in allem haben wir uns aber wohl gefühlt.
