Trevligt boende och nära till backen

Vi kom med høye forventninger da bildene av plassen var flotte, men leiligheten var mere en lovet og vi har storkost oss! Vi kommer absolutt tilbake, blir nok en fast plass å leie for familietur❤️Eneste minuset var at det koster 139.- for 24 timer med parkering og kronglete å finne inngang første gang. Sengene er behagelige, plassen nydelig, renhold meget bra og leiligheten er stilfull og behagelig å vere i, godt inneklima❤️Takk for oss

Ja, ejendommen er et tidligere hospital eller plejehjem. Elevatorerne virker ikke, men ellers ok. Ja, Olaf driver en større udlejningsforretning med mange boliger. Der er en del ‘standard-information’ og der bliver bedt om billede og bekræftelse af identitet. Ja, der er gang i en renovering udenfor (bygge tunnel) og de starter kl. 7. Men vi havde super ophold. Der var rent og pænt. Fin rummelig lejlighed, som svarede til beskrivelsen/billederne. Super beliggenhed og absolut fair pris. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Jättefint och prisvärt boende, rent och prydligt men tyvärr fanns det en otrevlig lukt som gör det omöjligt att ge ett toppbetyg.

Nice and clean place, well equipped, Pizzeria around the corner and groceries in walking distance. Good connection to city centre. Unfortunately windows in the bedrooms could not be opened.

Olof’s place is very neat, clean and spacious for 2 people while I stayed alone here. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful, with grocery stores, restaurants, cafés and bars just a short walk away. The only disappointment is the entry to the building - Its a bit aloof and unkempt. The elevator wasn’t functional so I had to find my way around the building but otherwise all good.

Great place to stay! Location is wonderful and quiet - yet only a few minutes from the SL ferry that takes you swiftly downtown! The architecture of the house is very cool. Modern lines combined with an old stone basement. Apartment is light and has everything you need. Comfortable beds. Could stay for weeks 😻🇸🇪

Allt var smidigt och schysst

Trevligt boende för de två nätter som vi stannade i Åre. Lite svårt att hitta rätt när man väl var inne i lägenhetshotellet. Jättefräsch lägenhet med en utsikt som betalar sig själv 🤩PS. Finns ingen frys, vilket blev ett minus för oss som hade kylklampar till kylväskan som hade behövt frysas inför dagsturer osv.

Très bon logement. Impeccable, très très propre, sobre mais chaleureux tout de même, parfaitement équipé. Cependant les photos devraient être mises à jour car il n'y a pas de rideau pour la partie couchage contrairement aux photos de l'annonce. De plus les ascenseurs du bâtiment ont dut être refaits à neuf récemment car il n'y avait plus de digicode, ils étaient hors-service.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood, the room was just as lovely as the pictures shows it. Olaf answers very quickly and nicely.I would recommend it !

Die Wohnung lag super zentral zur Altstadt von Göteborg und es waren viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Umgebung war ruhig und für ein kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Wohnung super.

Das Haus war sehr gut zu finden und der Check-in war flexibel und einfach. Die Wohnung war super schön und genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche hatte alle Utensilien die man gebraucht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Elias verlief problemlos. Er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen!

We had a great time in the apartment – it was very centrally located in a great neighborhood, and easy to find. Despite being so centrally located, it was actually a very calm place to stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and was easy to make meals. The travel crib and high chair were easy to find and set up. Would happily stay there again next time we're in Stockholm!
