The location is perfect. It is very close to the tram station (close enough to walk). It is very easy to reach the city center. There are tracking area just near the apartment. The neighbourhood is quit peaceful. Apartment inside and outside was very clean.Andreas was very friendly, helpful. He always responded quickly. He tried to help.There is a train repair station just next to our apartment. The windows are soundproof butwe needed to open the window due to hot weather so it was unfortunate for us because we woke up train noise. Otherwise, when the windows closed it is not a deal breaker situation. As a result, it is very nice place to stay.

Lugar muito limpo e aconchegante,perto de supermercados,academia,pontos de ônibus e metrô. Tem bons restaurantes perto,o anfitrião é muito gentil e prestativo.

Der Kontakt erfolgte schnell und problemlos, sehr zuvorkommend. Preis Leistung ist in Ordnung, Apartment reicht vollkommen aus. Ruhige Lage.

Good location, nearby is the music event hall "Orionteatern", where a great Swedish band played when we arrived, but we found out about it too late, so take a look what's happening there, maybe a great event will coincide with your trip. The photos of the apartments look a little better than the quality of the apartment. The bed and kitchen are economy level, so it was a little disappointing, but it was clean, the bed linen was white and squeaky clean. Next to the grocery store, easy and convenient access to all tourist spots. I highly recommend the location itself. Very close to the park you will find a wonderful place for Fika (very tasty buns and coffee) - "Kajsas Parken", and in the evening it is also very nice to have dinner there. I asked Olof for such recommendations (about local advantages), but I did not receive an answer. Olif communicates perfectly only about access to the apartments and internal rules. What I missed was the personal answer, but the responses were automatics

Well-located airbnb, but the room is within a medical centre and gives the feeling of a dorm in the corridor. The room itself is compact for 3 people, clean and quiet. More kitchen equipment is needed (no microwave or knives), and if the balcony was clean it would have been nice to use.

Very clean and organized with a good location. Only downside is the building and hallways were very sterile and did not make it feel very cozy.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Will strongly consider booking again if I come back to Stockholm.

Het verblijf in Olof’s appartement was fantastisch. De studio is precies zoals op de foto’s en brandschoon. Het bevindt zich in een van de leukste wijken van Stockholm, met veel leuke barretjes en restaurants in de buurt. Perfecte plek om vanuit daar de stad te ontdekken. De communicatie verliep gemakkelijk en de instructies waren erg duidelijk. Ik raad echt iedereen deze plek aan! Dank voor het verblijf, Olof!

Остановились в квартире в начале июня. Месторасположение нас порадовало. Все находится в пешей доступности. В квартире было все необходимое. С радостью вернемся снова!

Would stay again. Only downside is the lack of exhaust or a window in the bathroom.

This place was very clean and spacious. all of the bedrooms had ample room for everyone in our party with a nice living room. Big emphasis on being quiet in this building, which wasn't as issue for my group, but could be an issue with bigger groups. we had zero issues and the neighborhood here has great restaurants and is right on a bus line too. We would definitely stay here again.

The place is nice and clean, it matches perfectly pictures and description. The neighborhood is quite and easily connected to the city center.The host gave us instructions on how to self check-in and checkout as well, and was always responsive and available for any problem.We would definitely go back.Highly recommended.

Good location, near bus to go everywhere. The house is very clean but if there was an additional bathroom, it would be more convenient. The host is very clear about everything from the beginning to avoid disadvantages for guests. I like it very much.

The location is excellent as a home base for exploring Stockholm—very close to the subway and walkable to Gamla Stan with lots to do in the neighborhood as well. The apartment was a bit sterile but it was functional and the bathroom was super clean, which is always extra important. Communication with the host was automated and sometimes out of sync, but everything worked out as described so we were happy with our stay here overall.

The flat is beautiful and it is very well located. My only disappointment was with the state of the bathroom which was not up to the level that should have been giving the beauty of the flat and the prize. It was too old and not in great shape, mirror missing and not very clean

Great but shower was broken the entire time

Lage der Unterkunft war tip-top im schönen Östermalm mit tollem Tessinpark inklusive Spielplatz in direkter Nähe. Wohnung war auch schön, ruhig und sauber, hat alles prima gepasst. Aufzug war mit Kleinkind praktisch. Bad ist sehr klein, duschen etwas schwierig, aber für uns ok.Einzig was uns richtig gestört hat, es gibt keine gute Möglichkeit die Zimmer abzudunkeln. Es hat nur eine Jalousie im Fenster, die nur leicht abdunkelt. So war es leider im Mai bereits um 4 Uhr morgens taghell im Zimmer. Ansonsten kann ich die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen!
