Nous remercions Olof pour nous avoir proposé un appartement impeccable avec une arrivée flexible. Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible, un peu à l’écart du centre ville mais bien desservit par les transports, je vous le recommande !

Nous aurions aimé être prévenus que cet appartement est situé dans une ancienne clinique et qu'il s'agit d'une chambre d'hôpital rénovée. La salle de bain est un peu flippante.... Le reste est propre et joli.

Nice and cozy apartment with a great environment around it. When we arrived there was a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Maybe because the sink hadn’t been used for a while. Also, there was pretty sketchy people in the hallway and entrance to the apartment. Overall, good place and good apartment with all the basic equipment. A big + for the very clean and fresh bedsheets!

Quiet location close to restaurants and bars, 15min ride by bike to the central station. Place was very homely and clean. Would recommend my friends

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Woche in Stockholm und kann dieses AirBnB wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war herausragend – stets schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen stand er immer zur Verfügung und hat den Aufenthalt so reibungslos wie möglich gestaltet.Die Wohnung selbst war makellos sauber und sehr gemütlich. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt, um Stockholm zu erkunden und dennoch in einer ruhigen Gegend zu entspannen.Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt und ich komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die großartige Gastfreundschaft!Vielen Dank Andreas!

Appartement très spacieux, agréable, literie confortable. Bus 76 à proximité, 20 minutes pour arriver au centre de Gamla avec des rotations rapprochées. Olof est très réactif . Je recommande.

Pros: The apartment looks like the pictures and it’s on a nice location. Entering is easy and the host is pretty responsive. There is a shop across the street for food and the kitchen has utensils to cook with. It was generally clean. Good amenities and storage space. Some cons: The hallway to the apartment has lights on during the day, darkness on nights - giving it an eerie feel. The common areas of the building (specially elevators) are very dirty. There is construction going on next to the building for the new metro, so it will probably be there for a while. Very few things are provided in the apartment, no salt, no olive oil.I arrived before the others, had to make the bed and found some stained sheets. Mugs had lipstick stains also which shows the cleaning crew maybe does not even check that (it’s a rule to do the dishes before leaving). Honestly, it’s a pretty cheap rate for Stockholm and the stained stuff was addressed by the host. I recommend but don’t expect luxury.

Petit logement pratique proche de cafés sympas, métro, .... Douche/toilettes extrêmement petite, ok pour une ou deux nuits.

The instructions given both before checkin and checkout were clear and well communicated! The location was close enough to the city core to be able to go everywhere quickly, but still in a neighbourhood that allowed us to avoid the sleep-disturbing buzz that usually comes with staying in the middle of the city. All in all a very good stay! If I had to point something out it would be the lack of a small trashcan in the bathroom for getting rid of hygiene products, but that I cannot fault them for!Great stay! Would stay again :)

No fuzz experience, what you see is what you get.

The apartment was nice and convenient. Supermarket across the road. Bus stop next to the building. In 10 minutes you could reach down town. we had a great stay and loved Stockholm.

The apartment is perfect for two people (and a child). The kitchen has all the necessary utensils but there is no working station (just keep it simple). Unfortunately the stove was not working and there was no water 10am-2pm during our stay due to work in the building. However, Olof was kind enough to compensate us for the inconvenience.

Le logement d’Andreas est cosy et parfait pour un couple. Il contient tout l’équipement nécessaire. Son point fort: son petit balcon avec fauteuils et vue sur la mer.Il est également proche d’un arrêt de métro pour accéder rapidement au centre-ville. Nous recommandons le logement pour son emplacement et son environnement calme !

Ideal for a stay in Stockholm, very well located in Södermalm close to the waterfront and allows you to take a nice walk to the center of the island. There is also a Coop just in front of the apartment. The apartment was super clean and has everything needed, it's super comfortable and quiet. Great stay!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. In der Nähe der Unterkunft findet man sowohl Bushaltestelle sowie eine Fähre, die einen zu allen interessanten Punkten von Stockholm bringt. Gleichzeitig ist die Unterkunft insbesondere von außen ein Hingucker.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen!
