Siisti ensimmäisen kerroksen asunto j0osta hyvä yhteys ankkurihissille! Viihtyvyyteen vaikuttaa että ulos näkee vain yläikkunoista koska alemmat ovat peitettyjä ensimmäisen kerroksen takia...

On a passé un très bon séjour l’appartement est spacieux avec une belle vue !

L’appartamento è confortevole e luminoso, vicino alla metro e alla stazione del trasporto urbano su rotaie.

Hintansa arvoinen majoitus. Joitain pieniä puutteita oli esim. valaistuksessa, mutta ne saatiin korjattua. Vessan lavuaari veti huonosti. Eniten häiritsi aluksi se, että huoneen avain ei toiminut ohjeen mukaisesti roskahuoneeseen eikä 4. kerroksen ulko-oveen, josta pääsi suoraan hiihtohissille. Mutta koska kyseistä 4. kerroksen ulko-ovea pidettiin lopulta koko ajan päivisin auki ja roskat saikin lähtiessä jättää oven viereen, niin näistäkin ongelmista selvittiin. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihan hyvä ja hintansa arvoinen hiihtolomamajoitus, jonka sijainti oli mainio. Lähellä oli myös Bergbana, jolla pääsi kätevästi Åren keskustaan. Mikäli tulet omalla autolla, niin pysäköinnistä talon lähelle pitää maksaa Aimoparkille erikseen n. 12€/yö.

Mycket bra boende nära backen

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis der Unterkunft ist für die Ausstattung und solch große Städte bemerkenswert gut. Leider gab es durch die zweifach Buchung einen Problem beim Check In, sodass sich dieser etwas verzögert hat. Als wir in das Zimmer kamen war der Rahmen des Bettgestelles gebrochen, also haben wir etwas drunter gestellt damit wir darauf schlafen konnten. Bisauf diese Kleinigkeiten ist die Qualität der Unterkünfte sehr gut!

Great location. Not the most comfortable bed in the world but it worked for me. Lots of noise comes through the walls and windows, but if it’s quiet around it’s ok. Clean, and exactly as it is described otherwise.

Very responsive and clear instructions as to how to get in and how to leave the apartment during checkout. Apartment was spacious and very clean. Easily fit the two of us.Bed is very comfortable! No issues sleeping whatsoever. The couch is extremely comfortable as well.We were told there was no laundry in the building but there is a laundry room beside the garbage room which was confusing but was not stated in amenities so not a huge disappointment.Location is decently far from city centre but you can easily get into town via 206 bus and then taking the train into the city. Overall really happy with our stay, beautiful apartment and the proximity to the water and nature reserve truly negates the lack of city proximity.Thank you to our host!

Had a really great stay here, the apartment is really nice and suited us perfectly. There space is well furnished and has been kept in very good condition. It's a bit of a steep walk from the town, but very manageable and you can take the funicular railway if needed. Would definitely stay again!

Vi hade en jättefin vistelse på Tott Apartment. Sov gott. Perfekt läge i byn så smidigt och att kunna ta sig till och från backen från huset.

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans l’appartement. Effectivement très facile à trouver et les instructions sont claires. Mais niveau isolation du bruit est vraiment 0, l’appartement se trouve juste à côté d’un ascenseur et c’est très bruyant. Dès que quelqu’un parle dans le couloir commun, on entend tout. Il y avait une odeur très désagréable dans l’appartement. Je pense que ça vient de salle de douche et on a essayé d’airer la douche et les pièces. Rien à faire, ça sentait toujours mauvais. Sinon le reste était bien.

Super communicative host, wonderful location.

Andreas' place is a true gem at the heart of Stockholm. The apartment is really close to different means of transportation, which is extremely useful if you're in Stockholm for the first time. Also, there is a lot to explore on foot, like the neighborhoods of Vasastan and Odenplan. Overall, we had a great experience there, the instructions were very clear and for checking in & out, and the apartment was absolutely clean and well taken care of. We're definitely coming back for another stay when we're back to Stockholm!
