We stayed for 3 nights. It was a convenient location for our plans. The bus stop was a very short walk away, and it was easy to get to the city centre. There's a small 24/7 shop on site (but you'll need an app to enter). The place itself was cosy and very warm. We used the justin app for our key which was simple and convinient. Elias was a great host, communicating the check in and out instructions clearly and in good time. We enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the cosiness and convinience of the place.

Great place to stay for a snow trip, was a cosy place with a great sized kitchen and fridge for making meals at home and within walking distance to slopes and shops would definitely stay again

Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Kjempefin leilighet og veldig fin beliggenhet svært nærme skibakken. Det eneste negative med leiligheten var at det ikke var vindu på soverommene som gjorde at det ble ganske tung luft om nettene. Ellers veldig bra:)

Sehr schöne, moderne und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. 2min zu Fuß von der Piste, ca. 25min zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum von Åre. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders die Sauna war nach dem Skifahren ein kleines Highlight.

Logement un peu loin du centre à pied mais seulement à 10 min de la gare en bus donc très pratique (comme indiqué sur l’annonce). Bien pour un séjour rapide

All good, nice and clean :) hard super hard time pulling down the murphy bed, i m tiny and would appreciate if they did it before my arrival :) So, if you are not strong enough, perhaps ask for help prior to your arrival

good value though a bit of a walk from the town, when icy the path becomes quite treacherous but cabs are very easy and frequent to grab in the town. bedding was very comfy!

A great place in the center of Stockholm. The apartment is small but large enough for two people. Kitchen is well equipped enough to cook and the fridge is a good size. Bathroom is small but large enough to shower comfortably. The wifi was shared with other apartments which made it very slow. While casting was available on the tv, it was confusing to pick the right device since we could access the TV in the other apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect. You are within walking distance of most of Södermalm and good connections to the rest of Stockholm. It is a quiet neighbourhood and we were not disturbed by the neighbours either Overall a great place and a great host. Would recommend!

Väldigt fint boende

A great place to stay when in Stockholm. Great location - near bus station and a store, quite close to the city centre. The flat was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Fredrik was most helpful, I appreciate all the help and that he was responding quickly. Very nice person. Would recommend to a friend!

Ann-Christin’s apartment was well located slightly up the hill, so had great views down to the river, but still walkable to town on foot (very easy if you have a car). It’s also just up the road from the t-bar lift. Ann-Christin herself was a great host, very responsive to messages, and kept the driveways well gritted for us! I would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect

Elias was super responsive and flexible as we booked the day before arrival and arrived earlier than expected. Communication was easy. The apartment was clean and had facilities enough to live as if we were at home for a week - we cooked and laundered etc. we had worried it might be too small for my husband who is 6ft 8, but we were very cosy and comfortable.Although out of the immediate city centre - the apartments are very well serviced by public transport. There is construction going on close by which starts early and ends fairly late - earplugs helped immensely and we slept well. This apartment was extremely good value for money and we would recommend Elias as a host and the apartment for staying.
