Super cozy apartment and it was so clean and fresh when we arrived! It even smelled clean the moment you stepped inside, which was a big plus since many apartments can sometimes smell a bit stuffy. Much (!!) bigger than it appeared in the photos, so it was great to have all that space. A small downside was that there was no TV in the apartment, but otherwise it was a really nice stay!

The place is in a very nice neighborhood, calm but beautiful and with restaurants and cafés as well as access to public transport close by. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom are clean. Everything was described well, including that there's some construction work going on, which was really good to know beforehand. You do have to get through a bit complicated booking process, with sending your ID and mail-addresses. That is a bit annoying. Otherwise very good stay, would come again! :)

The location is excellent at Avicii Arena. There’s coffee and food around the corner. A Coop grocery store is nearby. Chewing gum and tobacco are easy to find. You can catch a Bolt ride, and the metro is just a 10-minute walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at Fredrick Place in Södermaln. The apartment was beautifully decorated—minimalist, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, making it easy to relax and feel at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Good, peaceful place where to stay not so far from city center, although place looks “fresher” in the photos as it is now. :)

If you want to be in the city and enjoy a true Stockholm experience, then this is the place for you. It is small but it does the trick for a quick stop. The shower is as advertised and tiny but again you are paying for being so close to one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Stockholm. Would stay again if I was solo travelling.
