A solid Airbnb at a great price, but with some considerable drawbacks with both the check in and check out processes.First, the listing author writes claims that this is his (or someone’s house) but in reality it is a sterile rental property; I’m not sure anyone actually “lives” there. The introductory remarks/check-in instructions were cumbersome and invasive. Asking me “who I’m with, what, where, and why” questions over and over again, met with auto reply. So I don’t think the host was reading my responses? Moreover, after answering all those questions, we were still not given enough linens and pillows, even though I messaged many times that two people would be staying here. In defense of the host, when I asked for the linens initially requested, the host was able to give me instructions to retrieve them in the building because he was unable to grab them himself. The whole experience seemed disingenuous, sadly. The Airbnb itself was nice and clean with a lovely view.

Good location and a good place to stay!

The place was very nice and clean even the area is clam and near the train station, the host Elias makes you feel like you are at home, very helpful and responsive clear instructions about check-in and check-out everything went smoothly. I appreciate the service and I recommend the place. Thank you

Place was clean and cozy. Just right family size accommodation. Kitches was well equipped and that allowed to prepare our favorite dishes. Place located quite close to slopes and with a little footwork you can get your self quite easy tu nearest slope on right (119) or get down to Bjornen central T-bar lift (B40) on left. Also if you hade a beer in Lilla Tyrolen restaurant in evening you can ski down almost till doarstep and get into sauna for relaxation of muscles from all day long skiing.Overall very lovely stay.

We stayed at the Airbnb for round about two weeks and enjoyed our time. ☺️ The Airbnb is in walkable distance to the metro and you're in the city center in round about 30 Mins. 😎Elias is a great host and we were also able to adopt our check-in and check-out. Thank you for that 🙌To put it in a nutshell, I highly recommend this apartment.

very good place, clean and spacious. not much cupboards to put clothes in though, so most of the things stayed in bags .but good for a week stay, overall very good.great location. the host was very easy to communicate with.we stayed two adults with a baby, it was perfect size.

Vi benyttet leiligheten til vår familie, 2 voksne og 3 barn, samt to voksne venner. Meget flott leilighet med alt hva du trener til et slikt opphold i Åre. Leiligheten fremsto som helt ny, med gjennomgående luksuriøse detaljer i alle rom. Kjøkken var meget godt utstyrt, og soverommene var optimale. Super beliggenhet ift Åre sentrum, noe avstand til skibakkene (hvis du går til fots). Vi er super fornøyde med oppholdet i denne leiligheten.

This place was wonderful! It had a modern, comfortable, and clean environment. Another perk was that it's close to a bus stop. The place also had many amenities such as a kitchen stocked with pans and dishes, extra towels/linens, and the bathroom had heated floors. We had a wonderful time staying at Andreas' place.

Great place, loved by the style of the apartment.

Wat een fantastisch appartement. Super mooi afgewerkt. Schitterende keuken, badkamer, woonkamer, slaapkamer. Ook de sauna was heerlijk. Het appartement ligt echt aan de piste. Doormiddel van een brug loop je zo naar de lift en kan je gelijk naar boven. Dit is echt fantastisch. Ook is het heel makkelijk te lopen naar het dorp. Echt super fijn. Wie een super fijne wintersport wil in Åre, met een accommodatie waar je van droomt en aan de piste en dicht bij het dorp moet hier naar toe gaan. Echt top!

It was an amazing stay and a great location.

I was staying there for a weekend and the communication with Andreas was excellent. Also the place was just built and has up to date building technology like heat recovery ventilation, a code based access lock, good shower pressure etc. and was in flawless condition when I stayed there. I can highly recommend it. The place is cozy and you can take the boat or bus to get to downtown area in Stockholm quickly. Would stay again.

Olof’un yerinde 3 kişi 5 gece konakladık. Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Mutfak genişti. Semte bayıldık. Şehir merkezine ulaşım için çok kısa bir yürümeden sonra ulaştığımız metro ile vardık. Olof çok iletişime açık ve yardımcı idi. Apartmana asansöre bayıldık. Herkese tavsiye ediyoruz

Beautiful and peaceful apartment at walking distance from the fair.

Nice, comfortable and well-equipped apparent at perfect location

We had a few problems during the check-in, as the lockbox was frozen and we couldn't get the key, but the host was super responsive and solved everything pretty quickly. The apartment is very well located, clean and spacious. If I had to complain about a thing, it'd be that the apartment wasn't as warm as I'm used to. Besides that, I would totally recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay a few days in the city.
