Very nice apartment with many amenities in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Superfin lägenhet med bra läge och närhet till Åre centrum.

Saknade Micro och vattenkokare. Det va mkt ljud från grannar och lite jobbigt att inte kunna duscha mer än 10 min innan farmvattnet tog slut. Som helhet va de bra.

The place is excellent, neat and we enjoyed the stay. We have little bit of issue in finding the place as there were construction work going on and we have to walk long since we cane by public transport

L'apartament estava molt ben situat i tenia tot el que vam necessitar. Vam poder arribar caminant al centre d'Estocolm mitjançant una passejada molt agradable. Tanmateix, com que l'apartament era molt nou, calia adequar alguns dels estris a un ús regular. Però segur que això millorarà per als pròxims hostes.

התאכסנו בדירה של אולוף במשך 12 לילות. מהר מאוד הרגשנו בבית. הדירה חמימה, מעוצבת בהמון פריטים שתורמים לתחושה של בית של משפחה ופחות כמו נכס להשכרה. הדירה מאובזרת בכל מה שמשפחה עם 2 ילדים צריכה. כל מה שהיה בתיאור הנכס היה ואפילו יותר. הופתענו לגלות חדרון קטן עם מכשירי כושר וסאונה לזוג שהיתה מאוד יעילה אחרי יום של הליכה. מיקום הדירה מצוין. בעיר העתיקה אבל בסמטה צדדית ושקטה. הדירה מחולקת על פני 3 מפלסים שביניהם מדרגות. לרוב לא בעיה אבל לפעמים קצת קשה למבוגרים שבנינו. המיטה הזוגית מאוד קטנה ל-2 מבוגרים אבל יש גם ספה שנפתחת למיטה רחבה. המפלס התחתון נמצא מתחת לגובה הרחוב ואין חלונות וגם החלונות העליונים פונים לסמטה צרה אבל הדירה מלאה במנורות ואין תחושה של חושך כמו שציינו בביקורות קודמות. ממליץ בחום על הדירה.

We enjoyed our stay at Elias appartment very much. Communication beforehand was easy and helpful. Check-in was quick and without problems.The appartment is cosy and has all one needs for a shorter stay in Stockholm. The location is very nice with shops, restaurants and public transport very close.We can recommend this appartment very much and would love to come back!

Andreas Place is perfect for a long stay. The Interiors are very tastefully done and the place has all the comforts of a home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is quite close to the metro also and also great for midnight strolls.

Schöne und ruhige Lage. Nach mehreren Minuten Fußweg ist die Unterkunft gut mit Bus und Tram erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber und in einem guten Zustand, lediglich das Geschirr lässt qualitätsmäßig zu wünschen übrig. Alles in allem aber zu empfehlen und preislich in Ordnung.

Great Airbnb apartment in Stockholm! Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. While located in a quieter part of town, you can easily reach it via public transportation. Easy Check-in and Check-out. Would gladly come back.

Olof´s place was exactly what we were looking for. Not very close to city centre but we always called Bolt to take us there for a good price.Everything was super clean, prepared and cozy. We got detailed instructions, including videos, how to get inside. Olof was very helpful for all our questions. I would definitely come back!

Das AirBnB hatte eine tolle Lage. Wir konnten sehr viele Stationen fußläufig erreichen. Der Check-In lief über Code problemlos und flexibel. Wir haben das AirBnB als sauber empfunden und es sieht aus wie auf den Fotos. Olof hat auch immer schnell reagiert.Leider ist das AirBnB sehr dunkel. Die einzige Tageslichtzufuhr ist durch die Eingangstür und ein kleines Fenster in der Küche, welche aber beide mit Holztüren verdeckt sind. Des Weiteren ist das AirBnB extrem hellhörig, weshalb wir regelmäßig in den frühen Morgenstunden durch lautes Trampeln und anderer Geräusche geweckt wurden. Olof hat außerdem einen Lärmmelder in der Küche platziert. Ich und die anderen beiden Gäste haben in der Küche Karten gespielt, als wir scheinbar einmal zu laut gelacht haben, ging dieser los und wir wurden zwei mal innerhalb von weniger Minuten von Olof ermahnt. Wenn wir nicht leiser seien, würden wir rausgeschmissen werden. Aufgrund der Lautstärke der Nachbarn, empfunden wir dies als ziemlich unfair.

Apartamento acolhedor, muito calmo. O anfitrião tem o cuidado de se prontificar a ajudar no caso de algo estar errado ou a funcionar mal, e o problema fica resolvido imediatamente. Obrigada

Зупиняюся у помешканні Еліаса не перший раз. Все, як завжди, чудово . Чіткі інструкції, дуже чисте приміщення, все дуже зручно та продумано для людей, які подорожують без зайвих речей. Дуже зручне розташування, легко дістатися до міста. Гарна природа навколо.
