Olof quickly replies and answers anytime you have questions. The apartment was as clean as usual. It is rather small but it has everything you need if you want to stay a couple of days in beautiful Stockholm! I would recommend Olofs’ to friends.

Super fin lille lejlighed, med flot udsigt over havnen. Det eneste vi manglede var nogle mørke gardiner. Der er meget belysning om natten på egendommen.

Clean service apartment. Expensive with parking, Rentable cycles closeby though. Good communication with Elias. Free public swimming pools closeby.Location is slightly inconvenient, but good value for money. Also has a great view of the city from that side of the river.

Positiv ist, dass die Betten bequem sind und die Unterkunft ruhig zu einem Hinterhof gelegen ist, was perfekt ist, da das Viertel belebt ist. Man hört nachts fast nichts. Für vier Leute (wir sind eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern) war sie optimal und geräumig. Es gibt einen (kleinen) Aufzug für Gepäck (2. Stock) sowie einen Raum für Kinderwagen im EG.Negativ war, dass die Waschmaschine in der Wohnung kaputt ist. Wir haben von Elias den Zugang zur großen Waschmaschine im Keller bekommen, zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir unsere nasse Wäsche aber am nächsten Tag bereits zum Waschsalon in der Nähe gebracht (400 SEK).Ebenfalls negativ ist, dass in der Küche kein Strom auf den Steckdosen für Kaffeemaschine und Licht ist (Sicherung Nr. 7 im Sicherungskasten). In 10 Tagen hat Elias es nicht geschafft, jemanden zu schicken, obwohl er es angekündigt hat.Die Unterkunft ist schön und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, obwohl sie eher auf maximalen Profit geführt ist.

Excellente localisation pour découvrir Stockolm. Transports à proximité. Résidence calme. parc pour enfants à proximité. Hôte très proactif. logement très bien équipé et propre. Literie très confortable . le prix est justifié par la prestation fournie. Tout était parfait Merci encore !

Un séjour agréable dans cette adresse dans Stockholm. Cependant, gardez à l'esprit qu'il s'agit plus d'une gestion hôtelière simplifiée que d'un vrai BnB. En conséquence, et malheureusement, certains accessoires de base comme un égouttoir pour les pâtes/riz et des outils de nettoyage étaient absents (pas de balais ou aspirateur). La salle de bain est petite, conformément à l'annonce. L'emplacement est paisible et pratique, proche de la ville. Comme indiqué dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas de connexion internet, ce qui a également empêché l'utilisation de la TV. Heureusement, les instructions fournies étaient très précises et utiles pour trouver le logement, les règles sont claires. C'est un logement que je recommande.

Nice apartment in Stockholm, easy to get about close to a city centre

The apartment is in the best location, walking distance from amazing restaurants and great shops! It was very cosy, perfect for a visit to Stockholm. Elias was amazing so quick to respond and very helpful! Will definitely stay again if visiting Stockholm in the future!

Ciao a tutti! Siamo mamma, papà e 4 bambini... ci è sembrato di stare a casa nostra! un appartamento splendido! Vicino a tutto ciò di cui una famiglia può avere bisogno! Metro, treno, negozi e ristoranti di tutti i tipi. E Elias? una persona gentilissima e super disponibile... affabile e generoso... si capisce benissimo da come ha sistemato ed equipaggiato l'appartamento. Poi condividiamo con lui l'amore per il pianoforte (che anche io suono...) e per la filosofia Apple! Dentro gli scaffali della cucina troverete ogni tipo di pentola e arnese utile, piatti e bicchieri in quantità, bagno con carta igienica e sapone (utile quando si arriva in una casa con 4 bambini dopo un lungo viaggio e prima di andare a fare la spesa). A proposito! Il supermercato è a due passi: una comodissima Coop, che in Italia conosciamo benissimo! Insomma un alloggio che tutte le mamme sperano di trovare... e grazie Elias per i giochini: la scacchiera, le costruzioni ed i libri!!! GRAZIE ELIAS!

A very nice week, the Airbnb was really clean and confortable. Instructions and communication were perfect.

Very nice studio apartement within walking distance from Gotheburg centrum. Nice park for kids right outside the door! Friendly host.

It was a very tidy and clean space! Could use a little bit of decoration tho ;) The place is a little bit away from the city but the busstop is close, so you can be at central station within a 10-15 minutes when you take the bus. We enjoyed our stay there.
