Det var en perfekt måte å bo i byen. Vi gikk mye. Men du kan lett ta deg frem med buss og t-bane hvis du går et lite stykke. Vi valgte området for å ha nærhet til familie som bor i byen. Men det var et fredelig og koselig område å spasere i. Rent og pent med kort vei til dagligvarebutikk for innkjøp til eks frokost.

Un apartamento precioso y cómodo, fiel a las fotos. Muy bien comunicado con el centro, tanto en metro como andando. El barrio es tranquilo, con un parque justo al lado y varias tiendas y supermercados. Fredrik estuvo pendiente de nuestra estancia y respondió rápidamente a todas nuestras dudas. Los únicos puntos negativos fueron la conexión a internet, que no funcionaba correctamente (yo no pude conectarme en ningún momento a pesar de seguir las instrucciones del propietario para reiniciar el router) y que faltaba el plato del microondas, lo que fue un poco un trastorno para nosotros ya que habíamos hecho la compra contando con él. A pesar de eso, si volviéramos a Estocolmo nos alojaríamos de nuevo aquí.

L'hôte est très réactif. Les instructions qui ont été données sont très claires pour l'arrivée au airbnb ainsi que pour le départ. Le studio est très mignon et l'emplacement est idéal. Nous sommes à une station de la station centrale.Je recommande !

Casa molto accogliente non è grandissima ma ha tutto quello che serve.Mi sono trovato molto bene.Consigliato sia per la casa in se che per la posizione...molto vicina ai mezzi.

Location was really good, apartment clean and strong wifi.Unfortunately i didn t have toilet paper and they sent me next day. And even if mentioned that there s not hairdrier in the apartment for me it s really necessary to have one and it s really cheap to buy.I tried to respect all the rules that Elias asked me even if i don t understsnd why i should pay 45 euro of cleaning if i need to clean all the plates and glasses and if i need throw garbage and remove sheets ….mistery.

We had a very nice stay in Andreas' appartement. The metro is just a few minutes's walk and there is a huge supermarket and pharmacy a few busstops away. It's a quiet and clean residential area. We enjoyed the balcony with a view over the water :)

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gemütlich. Das große Bett war mega bequem und die großen Fenster sind toll. Das Bad ist sehr klein, hat aber alles, was man braucht, auch der Wasserdruck war super (nur der Fön ist ein Witz, lieber selbst einen mitbringen). Die Mini-Küche haben wir kaum benutzt, ist aber solide ausgestattet. Check-In über App & Schlüsselbox war ein bisschen wie Schnitzeljagd, aber dank präziser Erklärung alles easy & zeitlich flexibel (unser Flug war 3 Stunden verspätet). Elias ist, glaube ich, ein Avatar (sorry Elias...), aber die Kommunikation war schnell, freundlich & problemlos. Die Lage mitten auf Södermalm ist toll, wir sind oft zu Fuß in Richtung Altstadt etc. gegangen, die U-Bahn ist aber auch um die Ecke. Es gibt schöne Cafés, Bars, Restaurants & auch Supermärkte in der Gegend. Nebenan ist eine Bar, ab & zu hört man abends fröhliche Grüppchen auf der Straße. Trotzdem ist es insgesamt ruhig (Wohnung ist im 2. Stock), uns hat das nicht gestört.

Elias was responsive whenever I needed help, the place looks exactly like the photos, and it was really clean, well equipped, and easy to reach. definetly worth the price, as it was cheaper than some hostels.It's a 10-12 minute walk to the nearest metro station that will take you to the centre, so keep that in mind when you have plans.

Very nice and clean apartment and neighborhood, apartment is small but doesn't feel small. It had kitchen and everything, it was worth the price compared to other Airbnbs in Göteborg. Overall the place was way beyond my expectations. I recommend
